paid for an ''express detail'' $129, and then had to spend another 45 minutes at home wiping the windows interior and exterior to clean what appears muck from dirty cloths used. The carpets were left looking like the vacuum cleaner barely made contact with the mats; one of the tyres had a rough coverage of black not an even or full coverage; side mirror left filthy still with cobwebs. I emailed Magic Hand with my ''feedback'' together with photos, and to date (a week later) not a word of response. Very disappointing and frustrating.

through. Only now upon checking their Facebook page do I realise that they are no longer operating indefinitely. Absolutely no effort was made on their part to contact me to let me know this. Not a single courtesy call or anything. When I originally booked a few weeks ago, the woman on the phone was quite rude and unfriendly and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was doing her best to push me off the phone so she could hang up. This was 3 days before the company stopped operating so she would have known she was wasting my time but didn't bother to tell me. This is poor customer service on their part. Don't bother with these guys if they open up again.

to Mitchell Express Self Serve Tunnel Car Wash. Both times, I've used Waves Gungahlin the rear of the car is always still dusty, dirty, dripping wet with soap suds inside & marks still outside the rear windscreen (see photos). This is supposed to be worth $52 per wash..$35 if you are a member. Time to go elsewhere for the car wash or DIY with a bucket!

Arrive and they refuse to do it unless I buy their $169 package!!
When pressed asking them just to vacuum and wipe down for the $69 package they refused!
This is a marketing trap!

Even if you’ve paid for the full contract the full wash expires even though they changed their policy of not washing on the weekend Generally, the staff are very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, there’s always that one that has terrible customer service.

Kim’s charged a little more than the shonky detailer I used the day before but his work is absolutely outstanding!

express, the major Tennant in the service centre. They supplied me with the owner of the service centres number to have him pay to have it fixed. The man that answers the phone claims he doesn't own the service centre claiming he is only an employee of the truck car wash. Coles Express says otherwise. The main that claims to be a car wash worker and not the owner keeps telling me he will pass my details onto the service centre manager to call me back, but never does. A few workers at Coles express have told me about other people who kept getting tyre punctures because of pot holes the owner refuses to fix including truck drivers. I just think it's unfair that the owner keeps dodging this issue and doesn't fix the pot holes and refuses to pay for them. The next time I went to check was a couple hours later and they were packing up. They told us not to go into the motorhome as they had just disinfected the whole thing and it needed an hour or two to dissipate. Took them at their word that they had in fact cleaned everything and asked specifically about a few hidden spots to which they confirmed.
We got a huge shock when we went to have a look at it later to find that they in fact had not touched over 80% of the motorhome and all of the living spaces. We provided photo and video evidence (a couple attached as examples) of all the areas missed listed below: - All floors - Pull-out Pantry - Cupboards x 2 - Overhead cupboards x 3 - Cupboard and drawer next to door - Under seat storage bins x 2 - Flooring - All 6 kitchen drawers - Behind passenger seat - Wall next to passenger seat - Under the cabin cushion - 2 x drawers under the bed - Wardrobe walls and shelves - Storage bins next to bed x 2 - All windows, ledges and panel next to windows - Kitchen walls & powerpoint - Seating area walls - Toilet area walls, floor and shelf
Essentially all of the living areas! I called him straight away to which he pretended to be surprised at missing all of that and, in our back and forth, agreed to a refund for not providing the service we paid for, only to turn around and send back a measly $120 out of the $650 we paid him! He is refusing to come back to finish the job or provide the full refund. Their head office were also shocked at what happened and tried to convince him to provide a refund.
We now have to try and source someone to come out asap which will set us back likely weeks for the sale, not to mention a second fee.
I'm not one to leave bad reviews and prefer to sort things out in private, but this is an absolute disgrace. Stay well clear, they pry on honest people and might scam you out of your money.

what was meant to be a deep interior vehicle detailing service, but the result was shocking.
After the service, multiple areas of the vehicle interior remained visibly dirty, including carpeted sections, storage compartments, areas around the seats, the centre console and other areas that should clearly have been cleaned as part of a proper detailing service. I have photographic evidence showing the poor condition of the vehicle immediately after the job.
I contacted the business, provided written details of the complaint, and sent photographic evidence. Rather than taking proper responsibility for the poor workmanship, the business rejected my complaint despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
In my view, this response was completely inadequate and showed a serious lack of accountability. I gave the business a fair opportunity to resolve the matter, including requesting a substantial refund or at least a reasonable compromise, but they refused.
Based on my experience, the service was poorly performed, the complaint handling was unacceptable, and the business failed to stand behind the quality of its work. I would strongly caution others before booking with Pristine Mobile Detailing.
