vehicle and confirm the price. Upon arrival I was told that it would cost extra for what I wanted. The price increased by $46 to $399. The car is in great condition although needed a polish especially on the bonnet as it was stating to feel a little rough. We also specifically requested that the inside surround of the boot be cleaned and polished. Upon pick up the car appeared as though it hadn’t been polished at all. It was still rough in places and had polish smeared on the handles and near the windows. We asked for this to be rectified. Ravinder (manager) came over with a polish pad and a bottle of spray and started polishing the bonnet which was making a difference so this tells me he hadn’t done this prior. He also tried to tell me that they rough the bonnet before painting it in the factory. He treated me like an absolute fool and basically stole the $399 as he didn’t put any effort into the car even though he promised the world at drop off. Don’t be take for a fool - never take your car here for anything. So disappointing.

through. Only now upon checking their Facebook page do I realise that they are no longer operating indefinitely. Absolutely no effort was made on their part to contact me to let me know this. Not a single courtesy call or anything. When I originally booked a few weeks ago, the woman on the phone was quite rude and unfriendly and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was doing her best to push me off the phone so she could hang up. This was 3 days before the company stopped operating so she would have known she was wasting my time but didn't bother to tell me. This is poor customer service on their part. Don't bother with these guys if they open up again.

for me and I visited my nearest Waves Car Wash a few times and was always really happy with the result. Team members are friendly and helpful, happy to chat if I have ever been waiting in a queue while the cars in front of me are cleaned. I have now taken up a subscription and visit whenever my car is looking the worse for wear! I'm really happy with the service and how my car looks and feels after it's been cleaned.

wax and the whole works. He tried to push a detail on me even though the car is still fairly knew. I'm like I just want to see if your as good as it says. Let me tell you I should of know that when I went there earlier in the morning and I seen them using dirty worn out rags I should of stopped them there. Absolutely filthy the car is worse then when I got it scratches all over it. The so called tyre shine didn't Evan last the evening the car wasn't vacuumed or wash properly.The mats were drenched in water thrown back on the carpet they didn't vacuum propley had to pull over and take the mats out and dry them that's when I seen under the mats the car was not vacuumed propley. The windows are all smuged. On top of that the so called wax is not really a wax was dirty the next morning. I paid alot of money for the dodgest wash of my life. If I wanted to wash the car with dirty microfiber cloths and $2 sponges I would have rather taken it to a drive thru car wash. Was planning on tinting my windows there AND get a detail in the definitely won't be going back. They done that so you go back and get a detail.

the brush is that soft its doesn't actually do anything but you cant tell until you rinse your car because all the foam covers it so will cost you another $10 to attempt to clean it again. You waste money waiting on the spray wax to start (because at least 30 seconds of your time is wasted waiting for the product change to completely change) only to find out it's empty or not working and don't get me started on the "dryer" waste of time and money to come home with a wet and dirty car. To top it all off you have to pay by taping your card no option to pay cash but charge you a surcharge for using card payments $.50 on top of a $2 vacuum. So if you want to see how many times you can be ripped off in under 20mins in the same place definitely visit warilla IMO car wash.
After scrubbing the front and back of my car looks the same as when I started all the marks around the grill came off after using my shirt sleeve to wipe them off (new car so was not overly dirty to start with but work in a quarry so need to wash it weekly)

valid for 12 months and now 14months. Expiry was not stipulated on the receipt nor website at time of purchase. Staff were rude and aggressive. Two different staff members patronised my mum and said they were the managers… I would not recommend and will escalate this.

to Dominant Detailing in Benalla to see what they could do to remove the sap and bring the paint work back to its original condition. Alex knew exactly what need to be done to remove the sap and the explained to me a ceramic protective coating would be the best option to get the swirl marks out of the clear coat and make the paintwork shine again. Alexs knowledge of his craft, excitement to do the job and great quote conviced me l had bought my car to the right place. Alex and his crew spent 19 hours over 3 days removing the sap and layering the whole car in Ethos ceramic coating. Alex's post detailing service was excellent, he even showed me how to wash my car to ensure the ceramic coating cared for correctly. I cant recommend Dominant Detailing enough, my car looks awesome and the Ethos ceramic protective coating is a great product.

Kim’s charged a little more than the shonky detailer I used the day before but his work is absolutely outstanding!

left it with Wonthaggi Detailing--including black mold. When I arrived to collect it that car looked as if just driven off the car lot. The inside was immaculate and smelled beautiful. Even the filter on the air-conditioner had been changed--which, apparently, it hadn't been changed in five years, despite regular servicing. The cost was reasonable despite all the work that had been put into the rejuvenation of my five-year-old car--which included extras such as a thorough steam clean. Thank you, Daryl!

skill these days!), was pleasant to chat with, and took real care in giving my car a much-needed spruce-up. By the end, the car looked so refreshed that I half-expected it to thank me for the makeover.
The only small hiccup was the fuel cap area not being cleaned. The technician did let me know that the “10-second job” isn’t included in the $120 Mini Detail package — fair enough, I suppose! If anything, it gave me something to do so I could pretend I contributed to the effort.
All up, I was very happy with the service and the professionalism. I’d happily book Vin Clean again — though next time I might negotiate those extra 10 seconds!

to do the job since I booked it, because I booked the pre-sale ultimate package, which included most of the items that can be done in a car detailing. The time allocated for it was 3-4hours. Most of the other car detailing company needs a full-day to do the job...(but no problems, trusted them within their time)
My Car is a 4x4 Triton, so a big car. Because I was concerned about the time they allocated for it, I gave then a call before the booking day to explain that my car was very dirty etc, that probably would need all the items included in the list for the product (Pre sale ultimate package).The booked time was 1pm.
They said I would receive a call from the staff before they get there for more details. I never received a call in advance, when it was 1pm (time the staff should be at my home) I have received a text message saying he would be at my house between 2pm and 2:30pm.
About 2:25pm, The detailer want to give me a call to know what were my expectations to be done. Well, I just needed what I contracted them for: Pre Sale Ultimate package. Anyway, I had a very busy day at work and could not get his call. Then he said it was getting late and did not do the job. I was already aware that the car would never look like a brand new car, specially about the faded roof and some bigger scratches as well.
Detailer was very respectful, no problems with that. The way I see it, they just need to improve some internal process.
I did have a bad experience, as I needed the car detailed ASAP. However, manager called me to check what happens, etc. I gave them the feedback/suggestions to possible improvement and they will refund my initial deposit back. Thank you guys, not everyday is a good day, but all good.
UPDATE (13/11/25) Manager (I won't mention the name), called me yesterday (12th November 2025) 7am! ( before business hours 8am ) complaining about this Google Review I made. In short, he was blackmailing me saying if I don't remove this Google Review he would not execute the Refund deposit.
The initial deposit receipt clearly states that the deposit is to secure the time slot ad it would come off the total booking price. The booking was cancelled by themselves, hence it should be refunded regardless. See photos attached of his call and receipt of deposit.

checked in one them once, about an hour or so in, and was shown boot area which was done well and progress being made on the cabin. The next time I went to check was a couple hours later and they were packing up. They told us not to go into the motorhome as they had just disinfected the whole thing and it needed an hour or two to dissipate. Took them at their word that they had in fact cleaned everything and asked specifically about a few hidden spots to which they confirmed.
We got a huge shock when we went to have a look at it later to find that they in fact had not touched over 80% of the motorhome and all of the living spaces. We provided photo and video evidence (a couple attached as examples) of all the areas missed listed below: - All floors - Pull-out Pantry - Cupboards x 2 - Overhead cupboards x 3 - Cupboard and drawer next to door - Under seat storage bins x 2 - Flooring - All 6 kitchen drawers - Behind passenger seat - Wall next to passenger seat - Under the cabin cushion - 2 x drawers under the bed - Wardrobe walls and shelves - Storage bins next to bed x 2 - All windows, ledges and panel next to windows - Kitchen walls & powerpoint - Seating area walls - Toilet area walls, floor and shelf
Essentially all of the living areas! I called him straight away to which he pretended to be surprised at missing all of that and, in our back and forth, agreed to a refund for not providing the service we paid for, only to turn around and send back a measly $120 out of the $650 we paid him! He is refusing to come back to finish the job or provide the full refund. Their head office were also shocked at what happened and tried to convince him to provide a refund.
We now have to try and source someone to come out asap which will set us back likely weeks for the sale, not to mention a second fee.
I'm not one to leave bad reviews and prefer to sort things out in private, but this is an absolute disgrace. Stay well clear, they pry on honest people and might scam you out of your money.
