I successfully booked a two ways ticket from DMK to KUL,on 14/06/22,the departure date on 18/07/22 included the baggage,but the return flight on 28/07/22 ,no baggage,until I check in to the airport counter,I only know that the return flight no baggage,that my booking details indicated no baggage in the return flight,I have to pay for extra RM370 for the 19kg baggage,it is very very unfair ,how come the baggage is not included in the return flight,I don't mind if the baggage fee have to pay in my return flight on my booking,but this is without my knowledge,is confused the customer,because is a two ways ticket,is a system error..is not a gentleman way to do business this way..I am very very disappointed.. Never use this app they only want your money what happen to you or how you are suffering and the hassle all that Airpaz is not bothered all they want is your MONEY worst service provider . Also swallowed my money too more than RM 2,000 daylight robbers caution . As far as I know they will not entertain not only that they will take you on a free world tour with all the lay excuses/ reasons.

To be honestly,I already complained to the Air Asia sales service counter dated 28/07/22 at the airport,one of the officer told me that,not only me complained about this matter,they are so many many customer complained about using the Airpaz app ,my advice to all,if you like to book ticket on line ,is better to book directly to Air Asia web,never never use this app,is a scammer..

Hey there, I'm on a flight from Bangkok BKK to Phuket HKT tomorrow, booked via Airpaz. I have just received a mail with my flight information. But there is no Qr-Code or something on it, just my passenger and flight data as well as the the booking code and the oder code. Is this a common thing? And yes I read the bad reviews, but for those of you who were able to attend a flight operated by Airpaz. Is it possible to get my boarding ticket at the check-in with that information they gave me? Or is that a sign of scam? Thank you so much for your answers!

Yeah I could safely arrive in Phuket, same applies for my return fight to BKK. I received a confirmation about 4 hours after the booking

Hey Marius. I also booked my Bangkok BKK-Phuket HKT flight via Airpaz. Did they give you a confirmation email with your flight number and such? Also, did you safely arrive in Phuket?

How long does it take get the flight confirmation? I have not received any confirmation even after 12 hours of making the payment.

You should get it immediately after you pay, usually means they’ve cancelled the flight and scammed another customer, they’ll hold your cash for a future flight and hope you forget about it!

I have bought the Air Asia ticket via Airpaz. Just now I checked-in my flight via Air Asia website. It shows completed and will send a confirmation email, but the email shows up is not mine. Is it it will send to Airpaz person-in-charge?

It’s a total scam, I booked tickets two days later they cancelled the return flight, I asked for a refund and the system updated to show that I had cancelled and they won’t refund my ticket, best avoided at all costs!

I had to go through their website to contact them. They requested proof of my passport to prove I was living in a locked down city. When I did that, they forwarded to the airline. It took months of follow up to get the credit voucher. They kept telling me they had already sent it, which they had not. So basically, you will have to chase them down. I did call the customer service number a few times but they are not very helpful.
