Just wondering how I can get the brush heads? Or does it have any compatible brush head to be replaced with? Thanks

January 2023 Aldi had a new line of Toothbrushes and heads in the specials which were compatabile with OralB, however on the back of the packaging it stated for older models heads call 1300 055 676 which I have tried but it says "unable to connect". I need heads for Model KHET012, currently using this model, and I have another one still in packaging, wating for the current one to fail, (still going strong). HELP !!!!
Ring 1300 055 676 again, firstly I got an answering machine this morning which i wasn't game to leave a reply, but they rung back. I was able to order the replacement heads for this same model
Why h does 3week old toothbrushes need recharging EVERY WEEK?
How do I remove and change the brush.
Hold the handle with one hand and the brush side with the other hand. Pull apart without twisting. Twisting will break the engagement slots. It takes a bit of muscle power to pull apart. I am unable to attach a photo to this.
