I went to Milan and they didn't have them .. How can you help me? Do you have any addresses, even on the internet, that I can provide to acquire them? Thank you
My question is...why sell these dentitex rechargable units..when reviews are very negative....i have an old recharge unit..wonderful design lidded enclosed area for brushes or toothpaste..plus retractable cord section...pity the toothbrush itself is so short lived ....not good Aldi..like a lot of products today..cheap. regards mervyn
My toothbrush has stopped recharging after only 6 months use. Is there a battery inside that needs to be replaced? The light comes on on the charger but still not working at all.
What did the service number advise?

If you still have the purchase receipt, take the product back to Aldi and get a refund. Then go buy a brand that starts with O and selling on discount for around $22. Dentitex has a lot of problems. I will never buy the brand again.
My toothbrush is not working. - Do I have to replace a battery somewhere in the handle?
