sorry, I can't help. I'm not from WA.

Another thing to note about AusBBS is that they have been bought out by amaysim which is not great. I've always had issues with the amaysim mobile network and now they will own AusBBS

All reviews are great except for the ones from

WA which is disappointing as I'm in Perth and looking for an NBN provider - does anyone know of GOOD services providers?

We have been with them since they started and the service has been excellent - give them a try.

Avoid them. They are not contactable and do not return calls or emails.

l've just moved into the new banksis grove estate what is the best provider for internet???

I'm using Dodo. They've been good so far and they are always contactable.

AusBBS is one of the providers that can reach you out of a handful of providers that can service LBNCO estates. Now will admit that I work for AusBBS and hence I feel we do a pretty good job but I am slightly biased :) Also DODO is not in the Banksia Grove Estate covered by LBNCO

Well David if you work for ausbbs your the only one, after 5 days and 9 online and phone requests for support, I am still waiting to hear from someone. Your accounts department are very efficient at taking the payments, but thats where the service ends.

I'm with Ausbbs since I moved in botanic avenue in Banksia grove. I suppose to have 25/5mbps of speed but I didn't expect that I have an awful connection on my internet, downloading of simple video in youtube or facebook took me FOREVER!! The connection sucks! I am very disappointed with AusBBS! I wanted to get a refund of my payment since I couldn't get any decent connection from the moment I signed in. Now, what other internet provider here in Banksia Grove that is good enough than Ausbbs?

Hi Shai, unfortunately in your area the only wholesale service provider is LBNCo. They are the infrastructure supplier for all providers in the area and, as we have communicated to our customers, they are having capacity problems. This is impacting on all customers in the area not just AusBBS. They have recently installed additional microwave that has improved the situation but they plan to deal with capacity issues to the suburb once and for all with the installation of a new dark fibre link that will become active at the end of March. Apologies that you are not getting the speeds you expect :(. Our role is to chase LBNCo for every fault and speed complaint and we are doing that very vigorously.

Thanks for your reply. And the issue here now it's already April, and how come i still dont have a decent internet connection and what i thought its getting worst than ever. i couldnt even open a simple email of mine coz the connection is as slow as a turtle! need to go to my mobile data to do my thing. Im so frustrated with this! And how come when i go to mg Aunt's place which is just 2 houses apart from mine on the same block and they have FUSE CONNECT they are not having the same problem as mine?! they got a good connection apparently. couldnt help but ask some friends that lived within the suburb, got one friend who is with AusBBS and they got a good connection, and how come with mine is not?? Please get your act with this problem coz ive had enough! its been months and months and months.
