After I posted on Product Review, I got a message to say my order had been cancelled, except I'd paid through PayPal who held it as pending and it then disappeared.

I made an inquiry before but have not received a reply. Wish I had gone with an overseas but like to order in Aus. Very disappointed.

My experience this mob is set up as a deliberate scam I will never go near them again look at the reviews for the truth

Hi I ordered on the 19th may #7730, but I I have not received my order & have sent 3 emails to no response, there is no contact number or address for you, please contact me & let me know what is happening with my order, you appear to be a scam?

Please just refund me the full amount otherwise I will be contacting the acc & the ombudsman, by law you need to have a phone number & address on your e-commerce website...

Part Shelves missing bolts / castors

Multiple emails ( only contact) no reply Have lodged complaint with bank

Seems more useless than fraudulent since shelves more expensive than bolts...

I ordered twice from them in the past 6 months no problems at all delivery was good, then I ordered again and no delivery, no contact and finally went through PayPal and got a refund after 5 weeks so not sure what has occurred there
