Has anybody requested AIB forward transcripts to WES recently? If yes, how long did it take, and how did you request? I have emailed the University and attempted calling, but all attempts have proven futile. Some assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for your question Alicia. We are always happy to assist our students with the WES certification process. We believe our Awards team were able to assist you with your request, however, if there is anything further we can assist with, please reach out to us at enquiries@aib.edu.au.

I am an expired student . I had only my project to complete but unfortunately a relative became ill and I had to take care of her. Can I reume studies after a couple of years? Will my previous work be considered?
No the project results will only be considered for the year it was passed. To continue after a number of years you will have to contact AIB. Do you live in Trinidad and Tobago? If yes contact CTS
Hi L. Ramsey. We'd be delighted to welcome you back to AIB. You can reach out to our Student Support team by sending an email to enquiries@aib.edu.au. They can take a look at your student record and advise what will be required to get back into study.
Thank you very much
Hello, I know I will have to do another project but will my grade for the 12 completed modules be considered?
I have completed my Masters in Biomedical Engineering from India, I would like to know if I will be eligible to apply for the MBA program. I would like to know if there are any scholarships available?. If I am eligible how do I start the process? Thank you.
Thanks for your question Viv. If your Master's is recognised in Australia, you would be eligible for the MBA. No, we are not currently offering any scholarships. The first step is to confirm your eligibility here - external link
I have an overseas student who want to study at this institute is it possible?
Yes, they have many international students.
Yes it is possible. I was an international student.
Do you do certificate 4 in accounting and how much would it be? Thankyou :)
Hi Del. No, unfortunately, we do not offer any qualifications in accounting.
I do have to ask, is there my difference in saying doing this through a university as they offer MBA online to The Agile MBA? Like is either one have different accreditation’s?
From my experience, the difference is that the Agile MBA focusses very strongly on your own work experience - assignments and the research project are based on your own work place or one you are familiar with. I found this useful, as you have to look at things in your own workplace in a different way, and have implemented some of the findings of my assignments as a result. Insofar as accreditations go, both would have to meet the requirements of TEQSA (Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency) - it is pretty easy to search to make sure whichever institution you choose is registered. Hope this answers your question?
The "Agile" MBA offers (IMHO) more flexibility in how you complete the program that the standard units per trimester/semester model. I completed the course units under the 1 per month agenda (which has now sifted to 7 weeks per unit) and found that doing 3-4 units back to back, and a month off worked really well. It means that if you know you are going to have a particularly busy period (for example: EOFY) you can have that month free of academic commitments, and start your next subject on the enrolment date that suits your work/life schedule. Whereas with a trimester arrangement, you would not have the flexibility to accommodate all the demands on your time.
Hi, A quick question regarding your registration with TEQSA. I read that the status of your institution is under review. Since I am considering starting my MBA with you I actually went on TEQSA's website - the registration status says "registration ongoing pending renewal". Any news as to when (or if...) the registration will be renewed? Thanks
I hope the TEQSA realises that AIB does not really have a teaching they try to cunningly give the students a consizsed version of the text book and a pre recorded audio file. When you post comments on these website they respond stating they are upgrading thier teaching...but imagine the plight of current students who have absolutely no teaching to rely on. Avoid this at all costs until you can take a peek at thier poor course sch. They will also state online courses require autonomous and self learning -- which are lies, I have taken online courses from Griffith university and many others. Never such poor teaching material.
Thanks for your question Jimmy. We are happy to share that AIB courses have recently been reaccredited by TEQSA. TEQSA are yet to update their website. We understand that you may want to verify this with TEQSA. In that case, please don't hesitate to contact them - external link
Hi
why are the assignment questions so convoluted at A.I.B, there is an assignment webinar where they discuss formats of submission, but no specifics of the actual question.
Recent webinar for an assignment, explain the processes used in your work place or a business you know, then back up what the research says, the research of what exactly.
I backed up the theories we were using but was marked down as i didn't explain every detail of the processes used. If i was supposed to do that, why not, just say that rather than, leave it up to your imagination as to what they mean.
when you get marked the lecturer seems to get specific, but prior to your submission, they cant seem to be, they should explain in detail the kind of information they are looking for and not be so generic in their approach.
Communication is imperative in this model of study and i wish that it was better addressed by the school.
Thanks for your time
Hi Lulllm. Sorry to hear of your concerns with your recent assignment. We’d recommend booking in a time to talk with an academic about the past assignment and what can be done to better prepare for future ones. If you’re interested in doing so, please get in touch via student admin.
Hi LullLM, I agree. The assignment questions are generic and not specialised while assignment answers are expected to be specific. I find the whole teaching formatting clunky. It’s more about being able to read mounds of information and write good reports and essays rather than applied knowledge. 3 subjects in and can honestly say haven’t learnt much so far.
If your goal is to learn strategic business planning for profitability/small business entrepreneurship look elsewhere.

The AIB MBA is truly one of the best learning programs I have encountered. But it would be quite interesting to ask: Is this MBA accredited/valid in New York and Ontario?
Hi Brian. Thanks for your question. Great to hear you're enjoying the learning experience! As our MBA is accredited by the Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency, the governing accreditation body in Australia, the programme is internationally recognised. Head to our website for more information on accreditation and memberships - external link

HI,
What is the highest GPA for the BBA course? Is it 7?
Hi Kerl. Yes, the maximum GPA possible is 7.
Where can I access exam past papers, please?
Hi Angela. We do not provide past exam papers. Should our students be looking for effective ways to study for exams, we recommend they review the study skills and exam guides available on the learning portal, and contact student admin for additional support.
presently my highest level of education is a diploma. What GPA will doing a Graduate Certificate in Management give me?
Hi Bruce. Ones GPA will depend upon the grades earned throughout the programme. Our Graduate Certificate in Management (GCM) consists of four units, and is the first of three stages of the MBA programme.
For entry into the GCM, a completed Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma, along with relevant work experience, can qualify an applicant. We also offer an entry path which assesses professional work experience. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, which must include at least 3 years of middle to senior management experience, is required to apply via this path.
Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us - courseadvisor@aib.edu.au
