Are you able to confirm that your head office address is still 109 Upton Street in Bundall QLD?

I only ask because this is the address I acquired from ASIC and according to the ASIC website "Under section 1308(2) of the Corporations Act, a person who lodges a document with ASIC that is false, or misleading is guilty of a criminal offence."

I find this interesting because I called both of the locations listed on the document acquired from ASIC and neither location is aware of your presence there. Are you aware that in addition to scamming consumers you are committing a criminal offence by lying to ASIC about where your company head office is located?

If ZERO was an option, they would get a NEGATIVE-----(BCIC SERVICES PTY LTD).

This is the FIRST TIME I have ever posted a bad comment. ① The admin people scheduled the job, but no one informed the task time for the cleaners, when we called the cleaner they were still in bed. So the cleaners could not get to the property on time. ② After the cleaners went to the property, they spent around 2 hours on requoting the job, ending up with trying to charge me $400 upsell. Then it took me another 1 hour to talk to the admin people & manager. After the discussion, the manager promised the support team would contact me within 1 hour. Unfortunately, it took more than 1 day. THEIR PROMISE IS NOT PROMISE. This experience & drama ruined that whole day & the next days in a row. WHAT A BIG TIME LOSS WHEN CHOOSING THE SERVICE PROVIDE BY (BCIC SERVICES PTY LTD). . ③ All this happen was due to their bad management, however still they try to hold off my money. Is it fair that you use my money to pay for your mistakes? You should not only give me a full refund and pay extra to make up of my precious time loss due to your terrible customer service? ④ Thanks to this platform, I am able to publish genuine reviews.

Why won’t this company refund the money they were paid to provide a cleaning service?They charged $550 and on the day of the booking no cleaner arrived to do the job. Countless phone calls and promises from BCIC yielded no result. I finally got a promise to provide a refund but 5 days later this has not eventuated. more phone calls and emails has just provided even greater frustration at the stalling tactics of these people. I have contacted the Office Of Fair Trading and I would hope that A Current Affair might be interested in exposing this company.

I did not choose to go through this pain once I saw their first job which will need a full make-over. I accepted the agent's cleaner to do the job and wanted to get a full refund of $810 which they refused. Basically, the whole process cost me twice for cleaning plus rental money every day this keeps dragging on. I'm collecting documents and evidence to lodge a complaint to the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission). I hope our voices are heard and bring them to justice.

Covid and sickness have nothing to do with taking $550 to provide a cleaning service and not delivering that service and then refusing to refund the money paid. I have sent several emails with the details and request of a refund. I have made countless phone calls to your company with no result a week after the failure to deliver a cleaning service for which your company was paid. So again the job number is 35167. There is little to investigate you did not provide a clean to clean our property and you owe us $550. I am sick of the poor way in which this company has handled this. You are cheating innocent people and should be ashamed. REFUND OUR MONEY NOW.

However 2 days later and there is no sign of this very large amount of money of $550 in my account. Also the receipt you shared which I requested in no less than 2 emails and many phone calls does not indicate a date. Beware this company BCIC makes lots of promises including 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You only need to read the reviews to know they do not live up to this. Forgive me then if over a week after I was let down by BCIC and the stress this caused plus the countless frustrating and time wasting phone calls and emails that I am a bit suspicious of BCIC promises.

One year on and they have not changed a bit. Wish I had have seen these reviews before engaging them. Absolutely disgusting service from start to end. They rely on "terms and conditions" that do not exist i.e., refund only after a reclean. Assert that their cleaner made "substantial improvements" (which he did not) with no photographic evidence. They ask for MORE photographic evidence from me - 41 photos are provided - and they continue to lie and lie and lie.

The cleaner for that job was booked to return that day at own cost after they were told before clean, to leave laundry, garage and out side windows plus ceiling. Then customer complains and staff said we are doing them a favour as your clean was awful and if they can't return. The $900 u pay ,is not only already gone, that poor staff member doing what told to, is not paid a cent and out of pocket too. Most are public transport not trained and the app they use, takes all before and after pics during clean then sent for review when submitting and altered to be used to not pay staff and cover them from " dodgy " customers trying to get refunds from exit reports.

4 bedroom 2 bathroom A week ago we had a bond clean with BCIC (unfortunately due to Covid they were delayed two days therefore we could not be there when the clean was conducted) Report back from the realestate, areas of the house were missed, dog hair left on the floor, water and drip marks in the bathroom and laundry, spot marks on the walls and range hood grills weren’t cleaned. They also damaged the oven glass. Their policy states that they will conduct a reclean 24-48 hours after the realestate’s exit report. It has now been almost 3 days and they were meant to clean the house today, but without my knowledge postponed the reclean another two days when new tenants are meant to be moving in. Is this worthy of a full refund for the Bond Clean as they have not met their “Bond back guarantee” and have actually damaged the property?

Sadly, exit reports bond claims by law, cannot have half the stuff u mention above. Must be deep clean errors, no water of basic spots or smudges can be claimed on. I did 1500 cleans and shook up the exit process to stop this and did 80% removal of these attempts

Does B.c.i.c think it's ok to order a re clean on a property when there was no guarantees on the walls or the mould and pay there cleaners nothing ? Absolutely the worst company I've ever worked for.

Are you skimming the enquiry forms from other cleaning websites? We never submitted an enquiry form on your website, nor called you, but within 2 days of contacting other companies, we have received quotes and phone calls from you. The lady on the phone wouldn't answer me when I asked when if you were affiliated with any other companies. All seems a bit dodgy to me.

Hey, me again. We paid for a carpet clean (it says so on our receipt). Our carpets weren’t cleaned, even though your cleaner said it was. Our property manager can vouch for us and say it wasn’t. LOL. I'd like to know the answer to this as well. It certainly doesn't require any cleaning experience. When I got scammed by them , all the seemed to have done is vacuum the floor (poor job), clean the toilet (not perfectly), clean the basin and complain saying it is too soiled and they need $150 more. $500 for 1 hours work. That's pretty good pay if it goes to the cleaners for not really cleaning. Didn't clean walls, doors, power points , light switches, mop the floor, sweep the garage (as promised), clean the sinks, do the rangehood / stove, clean the windows, clean the blinds
