Why is customer service so bad?
Hi, I just want to cancel my Bellabox as much as I love it but I’m not working anymore and I can’t afford it. Everyone is saying how hard to cancel and I can’t use my phone to cancel I need to use a computer is that right?

1. Login to bellabox.com.au > Enter username and password
2. Click on Subscription > Setting logo > Cancel

Ok I’ve decided not to cancel but I just want to know does the money come out on a particular date each month? just so I know it’s coming out. Or does it come out on different dates?
When I paid for the monthly bellabox, I wasn’t able to create an account. I now want to cancel my subscription but have no idea how I’m supposed to do it. there is a reference number that Is on my bank charge, would that be useful?

Is the sizes in the pictures the actual sizes you receive..? This seems too good to be true
You will receive samples so sample sizes but also full size products :)
Hey I just signed up for my first Bellabox last Saturday.. Just wanted to know when does it get shipped and how can I track my box?
You'll get an email saying it's been sent with a tracking number for Aus post and another email the day Aus post will deliver:)
