BCSG recently "misinformed" to all owners which resulted in a formal complaint. Additionally they intentionally ensured that the inaccurate information they shared pointed towards an individual which I see as being intentionally vindictive. Since the complaint, aligned to who they are, they have suddenly gone quiet but, aligned to the complaint, have not informed the owners about their "misinformation." Todate they have also ignored the complaint which is a breach - any advice?
Dear GSc, Body Corporate Strata Group does not intentionally provide inaccurate information. Our customer service team is available to address any issues or concerns. We invite you to raise the matter directly via e-Mail: feedback@bodycorporatestrata.com.au.

Wether intentional or not, now that you are aware of your “mistake” not fixing it is intentional - you now have the information to fix this so why don’t you?? Maybe it is the experience of having done this on more than one occasion that I am aware of. And it is your team ignoring this issue after receiving numerous emails, so let’s not use the words”we invite you to raise the matter…”.
Two months on since your note above yet still BCSG refuse to correct the error they are fully aware of. Rather "inviting me" to redo what I have already done, I invite you to do what we pay you to and reverse your mistakes.
Dear Gsc,
The invitation stands to contact our customer service team directly at feedback@bodycorporatestrata.com.au so that we may address this issue.

Body Corporate Strata Group Customer Service Team
They are well aware of the issue and have been for months; to date they have continued to ignore the issues. Happy days thought as we had a special Owners meeting and 100% of attendees voted to get rid of BCSG - not a single vote in your favour. We got more attendees than the AGM which highlights the contempt we have for BCSG
Can the chairperson of our body corporate threaten me with a fine of $3000 if someone comes to my place with their dog.
nope; not unless it is in the rules
Is Strata OCM a related company to Strata Body Group?
Im not sure to be honest. Just after the change of the body Corp I sold my unit.
Take a look at the contact address for Strata OCM (123 Church St, Hawthorn) then look at the address of Body Corporate Strata Group's Hawthorn office and you will see it's the same. If you want to find out about the companies that fit under the Body Corporate Strata Group (Myecho Investments) just go to the government's website "abn lookup" and enter BCSG's ABN. You can find ABN on the company website.
Yes, the ex executive who owns BCSG hails from the NSW southern Highlands originally. When I had my issues I did hours of internet/ASIC research on the companies, subsidiaries and people involved. Funny enough I just did a 5 second ASIC search on Strata ACM and on face value he appears again albeit at arms length from BCSG/Myecho with this company. Strata ACM is related through who owns it. Hope you got rid of them.
Thanks for the trip down bad memory lane. Notice Myecho Investments has ditched Hawthorn for Goulburn and removed it's easily found links to BCSG who are now in most states as separate entities. LOL I haven't looked at this site in years and see they are still up to their same tricks though being much more sneaky.
I have the displeasure of living in a apartment block managed by them. They are terrible; no transparency; they hide facts that don’t suit them. They even charged us to investigate an accusation of fraud…..when they managed the transaction/s that the yet to resolved accusation relate to.
im in a body corporate with 5 units can a unit add an extension without permission of the body corp?
Hi, I am an owners corporation manager (not associated with BCSG) and can answer your query. Any alteration to the external appearance of the property will need formal written permission from the owners corporation. You will need to submit structural drawings as well as details of tradespeople, their relevant licences and insurances before works can be commenced. Hope that helps.
what action can be taken if some one has already proceeded with building with out permission from all in the body corp.
