Bright & Duggan Questions & Answers
VerifiedBeen writing and telephone to Bright and Duggan, however 'not their policy' to speak with neighbours! SIX CARS keep crashing into the side of my terrace in Redfern. Neighbouring company title block painted seven extra cars spaces! 'No DA . I can't breathe in my own home. Strata mgr 'stuck her head into my window and was discussing this matter along with drainage issues' with another person but when I asked 'can I help you', she walked away What do you suggest?
Bright and Duggan has been sold to Public company based in Malaysia - Should this not be told to Clients?
Hi Tora Hall, Bright & Duggan has an equity partner in Johns Lyng Group which is a national Australian Company, with their head office in Melbourne. Details of the equity partnership was provided to all of our Strata Committees circa 2019/2020.
There are no operations in Malaysia nor has Bright & Duggan been sold to a public company based in Malaysia.
Kind regards, Customer care.
Are Bright and Duggan on a good review recruitment drive again? They come in batches.
I am not aware that Bright & Duggan would need to seek an approval validation. I have seen nothing other than the utmost quality performance from this team, and unqualified understanding of my Strata and it's history. I see there would be no reason to doubt the same level of commitment and quality would be provided by Bright & Duggan to their other Strata's. I provide this statement of my own volition.
You obviously have had very different experiences to most others.
Good luck
It's funny how their reviews are near identical all posted at the same time. One even forgot to change their display name!
Keep away from this business. Just ring the organisations B& D claim to have received awards from. Interesting conversation - but not surprising.
Yes - I had an email today requesting a review - only if it was good! If it wasn't good, then please don't post but instead contact them. It's also funny how their reviews are nearly all 1 or 5 stars, normal companies that aren't requesting only good reviews would have plenty of reviews in the middle.
Thank you. Proof that they are desperate for positive feedback and on another positive feedback campaign. This business is destructive to any strata and would avoid them. The complex I lived in racked up a legal bill of around $100,000+ under their management which was over a roof that would have cost $22,000. They supported the committee members that were bullies. These bullies destroyed so many lives in the complex because they were being supported by Bright and Duggan. Owners lived in fear and were afraid to show us support because anyone that stood up to the committee or Bright Duggan were then targeted as I was. But I got the last laugh when I sold for a record amount for the complex which hasn't been beaten since.
Very Bad experience for me. Avoid Bright and Duggan if you can. People generally will only write a review if their experience is either very good or very bad.
In my opinion, completely incompetent starting from the head down. Regular turn over in staff is always an indication of what's going on. It was that bad under their management that we had legal letters flying around the complex almost weekly. If you didn't pick the side of the bullies, which were supported by B & D, you were targeted. Cost the residence tens of thousands in the pursuit a small number of residents. It was all out war under Bright and Duggan's management. They all lost their minds and common sense and let their egos ruin a beautiful complex. It was hell and the laws need to change to stop this from destroying lives.
