I have recently had solar panels installed and forgot that my treadmill (Cardiotech Night Train) was plugged in to power. When I came home after work the day of installation for the solar panels it was beeping and showing a U1 error code. I have turned it off, unplugged, plugged back in, turned power back on and it still beeps and shows the U1 error message. Could you advise how I could potentially get my treadmill working again.
I have a X9+ Treadmill.It just stopped the other day,&came up with E1 error. It now wont run at all.When you press start it counts down from 3 & just sits there without moving.
It's likely to be the controller (the circuit board), $300+ replacement if you can get cardio tech to call you back.
My treadmill stops working and the E1 error sign appears. However, I have put my hand under the mat to check the surface and the surface is extremely hot. Thanks Angela
Good morning Angela, E1 (Error 1) often means the running deck needs to be lubricated. Has this been done since you've owned the machine? If you could please provide your phone number, I can create a tech call to assist you, and provide further info.

Hi Natalie, Normally E1 would indicate that your running deck needs to be lubricated, however as the machine is of some age now it may not be the case. We have set up a service call for you, one of our tech's will be in contact shortly.
How to I turn the beeping sound off when I turn on the treadmill and when pressing buttons
Hi Samantha,
As this is a safety feature of the machine, you cannot adjust or turn off the sound. It has been designed with a noise so you don't accidentally change the settings.

Why does the belt stop when I stand on it?

Hi Heather, Our service team can certainly help you and have offered to fix your machine, but there is a labour cost involved which you have disputed. This is part of our warranty terms and you will need to pay this cost in order for your machine to be repaired. So if you are wanting your machine fixed, please call through to 1300 135 596 to arrange payment and our service team will be able to arrange a suitable time to come to your home to fix on site.

what is E0 on my cardiotech glt3

Generally the error message of E0 means that your safety key is not connected properly.

Hi our treadmill has an EO error what would this be caused by
Is it an E1 error? If so, I got that error about 6 months after getting my treadmill. You might need to use a phillips head screw driver to remove the cover over the motor and vacuum fluff off the fan. It could also be that that belt of the treadmill needs replacing. I’ve also found that putting on my air con while I’m using it helps. However, I started experiencing the E1 at the end of last year and followed all of the advice but it’s still stopping. I’ve requested someone be sent to my place to replace the belt, but I haven’t received a response. It’s been 5 days since the original message and two days since the follow-up text and I’ve heard nothing.

My Cardiotech Series GLT 3 stops after a few seconds on E 1, We have cleaned the sensor but now it does not run at all; just shows E 1 on the screen

Hi there I have a few questions... So is the treadmill $10 a week? How much does it cost all up? How long is the warrantee? And if a potential medical condition arises is there any chance of a refund? Also, can it be resold If I don't need it in the future?

Hi Misty, Thanks for your enquiry and please visit external link as that is the official website to assist. The plans run over 38 month terms but there are different options and prices depending on where you live and what you want to include or how quickly you pay it off over.
