Hi there
I have a few questions...
So is the treadmill $10 a week?
How much does it cost all up?
How long is the warrantee?
And if a potential medical condition arises is there any chance of a refund?
Also, can it be resold If I don't need it in the future?

The plans run over 38 month terms but there are different options and prices depending on where you live and what you want to include or how quickly you pay it off over.
There are no refunds as they are purchases of items.

I just brought a cardiotech treadmill and has not worked since I got it tryed calling so many times got a call back they sent me a motherboard and its still not working I have been trying to ring and ring but no one gets back to me im really annoyed I have had this machine for nearly 2 weeks and still can't use it im not going to pay for a machine that doesn't work I either want a new machine that actually works or cancel my contract and pick up the machine and I will go else where for a treadmill

You obviously do not have a manual as in there it states
E1: Controller Malfunction. Remedy replace Controller.
Download the manual.

Despite lifetime motor and frame warranty, my Cardiotech x9pro is now a piece of junk only after 5 years. Very poor and slow after sale service. They usually do not return the calls even they do, you have to wait a long time. They are extremely busy according to them and even I could finally can get hold of them, they are not sure what’s wrong with my treadmill after two visits and can’t fix it, of course paid call out fee. A company so heavily advertise on after sale service and warranty but I find out the real deal.

This is not a complaint as Cardiotech were very good to us with our vibrating machine. However we have a problem with the treadmill. It is over 8 years old and it worked well until a couple of days ago when it just stopped. I spoke to your service department, who were most helpful, and he thought the control board might be gone, but first we checked the fuse and it is fine. However, we were told you cannot obtain control boards at present. So what do we do now? The treadmill has not been overworked and it seems silly to throw it out. What suggestions do you have? When will control boards come in? Is there any chance it could be the power supply and not the board?

I don't know what HP it is but it will go up to 13 kp/h. Hope this helps.

Hi there.
Brought a 2nd hand cardio tech 9x pro 2 and it has been a dream up until last Friday. Ran for half an hour and noticed my 2% incline changed to 0% and felt the deck lower. When I tried to turn it up the buttons would not work. Then I couldn’t slow down the machine using both up and down buttons, then the stop button wouldn’t work resulting in me pulling the safely thing off. Started the machine up on Sunday and it worked like a dream, until this morning - displaying the same problems. I really love this machine and am hard at running right now so don’t want to be without. Any suggestions on what to do?
The sticker at the front says manufactured in 2015.

Hi
I have cardio tech X9+ treadmill. It starts and stops in 1-2 secs. Every time it does this power to the console is cut off.
When I changed the fuse, the power comes back to the console and when I start the treadmill it stops in 1-2 secs and blows the fuse.
Can help please.
