Do not buy from this company I purchased a calming duck toy which was advertised has been robust and for strong chewers and could be used in a tug of war. The calming duck fell apart after five minutes. The company refuses to respond to any emails. Do not give them your money.

1) Why haven't you replied to my numerous emails dated 14/11/23, 15/11/23 and 18/11/23 to cancel my order 421847555 for two Dog Harnesses for 127.00? Two emails went from me to: dogharnessaustralia@gmail.com and supportdogharnessaustralia@gmail.com - with no reply. I even requested Afterpay to contact you as your email address with Afterpay - supportdogharnessaustralia@gmail.com - (Your message wasn't delivered to supportdogharnessaustralia@gmail.com ) because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.) Even rang your mobile at 0452663979 and left messages last month and today is 19/12/23 still no reply. Reason for cancellation my daughter gave me two dog harnesses as a gift. You had plenty of time to cancel my order and you failed to comply with my request and still went ahead and delivered the unwanted dog harnesses to me. (Very poor quality). It seems to me that Dog Harness Australia is getting rid of inferior products and wiping their hands from any issues, and to hell with the customer. How come I didn't receive any confirmation of my order online? I didn't have any invoice statement with my order either, only the two dog harnesses. They don't look like the one in the advertisement. What hope do I have if I ask for a refund now? With still no reply! Very disappointed with your lack of communication and unprofessional services. I wish I read your Product Review before I ordered the dog harnesses. Very poor quality compared to the one my daughter gave me as a gift.
