I decided to order pizza for delivery ( first time for delivery)....as it was a birthday. Ordered at 5:15 for delivery at 7:30.......now the tracker says it will deliver between 8:30 and 8:50.....is this normal?
Which pizza can you buy for just $8. I always pay about $10. The boy behind the counter didn't know.
No pizza size, measurements disclosed on Domino’s Pizza discount I’ve found in my letter box. I went to their website, there is no information what is their sizing for their pizza’s.
Not much info on anything on their websites not even the prices and they don't offer the sides they advertise on tv

Does the standard tomato pizza sauce contain chilli/hot spices in any Domino's store?
Mine didn't even have sauce on it tonight. Toppings were falling everywhere and had to keep putting them back on the cardboard slice they call pizza.
How do l get my pizza wirh the terrible ingredients down to Domino's without being abused by the staff . Am disabled to scared to go in the store as l was crying on the phone but getting accused of abusing them
Good luck with that I’m your situation they obviously couldn’t care less about your circumstances which is typical of dominos. You seem like you have tried everything and still being treated with contempt, you really need to explain via complaint of what occurred and say you are taking it further because of your disability don’t say what but insist on a phone call back if all this fails I’m really sorry but you may have to give them a miss, I’m not disabled but my troubles are never addressed so what hope do you have it’s a terrible situation your in and you are being treated very very badly good luck to you
In these days of Covid, good hygiene, infection control and best practice, why don't your pizza preparers wear disposable gloves or use tongs when handling ingredients? I have just watched the service person at your Carseldine, Queensland store physically touch his face and wipe his nose, then touch every ingredient with his bare hands when making a pizza. Hardly seems very hygienic to me.

I would like to ask this question again as i keep getting ignored at every contact method i have tried ,did your XL pizzas shrink in size in the last three months ?
Domino's is a complete rip off. Their "large" pizza is everyone else's "small." Their "loaded" pizza is anything but. The scant scattering of the toppings they offer come with big squirts of sauce to hide the fact there is hardly anything underneath. The pizzas they show on their adds are nothing like what you get. They should be fined for false advertising. I was charged $19.30 to pick up my tiny, barren pizza (which included a 10% surcharge because it was Sunday). You won't get an answer from Domino's Darren and if you do, the best they will do is probably offer you a voucher for more of the same crap.
The simple answer is yes. I bought a Large supreme pizza last night for $14.95. 9-10 inches across in an 11 inch box. I remember when a Domino’s Large pizza would feed two, now it doesn’t feed one. The pizza itself was crap, doughy bread with a small amount of veg hidden under some sauce.
For and extra $1 you can go to Costco and get a 16-18 inch pizza that will struggle to fit in a normal oven, yes you have to have a membership with Costco but there fuel alone pays for it.
I ordered 2 lge pizza in a deal with garlic bread and drink and added some chips. I actually thought they had given the wrong size pizza ? Large is barely 9 " it looked like a pizza for 1. Charged $6.25 for what looked like 50cents worth of chips. Ordered for family - was not enough. $45 worth !!!! Will not order from Dominoes again. Is this standard ???? Janet

It seems to be standard practice now to reduce the 'large' pizza size down to something ridiculously small. I have made a review WITH photos of the typical pizzas we used to receive. I say used to - because we do not order Domino's at all now. We get a local businesses pizza and it is large and wonderful. Never Domino's again and yes, I am vocal with my friends etc about the shameful practice of Domino's making pizzas too small and hoping we don't notice. I noticed.
Hi Dominos My Mother got what was classed as large Stacked supreme pizza from the shop in Sawtell NSW the other night and it would not have been any bigger then 8 inches or very close to it That is the smallest large pizza I have ever seen .It was also in a deal with some sides I was not privy to the cost all up but the pizza itself was $15 and we had it delivered it was also on a voucher , Cheers Mark

I've tried several times on Facebook and still haven't received an answer. What happened to the New Yorkers? They were the only Domino's pizza I ever enjoyed, and after there being absolutely no announcement they were off the menu. Would've been nice to let your customers know considering it's around a 60 minute round trip to my nearest store so it was a massive waste of time and petrol. Absolutely disgraceful not keeping your customers in the loop

Any chance you might actually answer my question? I'm well aware they are off the menu otherwise I wouldn't have been writing to you. My question is what happened to them as in why when they were they taken off the menu was no announcement made? Your business's actions wasted my time and money so I think I deserve an explanation as to why it was so hard to tell your customers that a long term menu item was removed

I agree Darren. The NY has been the only Dominos pizza that I’d call a fair pizza for what you pay. I got two “large” pizzas tonight and can’t believe how small they are. I called Dominos after opening the box and they employee said 10 inches is our large pizza. I also can’t believe Dominos bothered to reply to you: “NY is no longer available. Thank you.” (!?) That is my last Dominos pizza until they bring back the NY - “Thank you”

Doubt this will happen, probably not cost effective in the long term. I have had my last Domino's Pizza, so not bothered either way.

So I ordered 4 large pizzas. The biggest measures a whopping 8 1/2 inches!!!!!! FOR A LARGE SIZE!!!!! Seriously disappointed with the decline in both size and quality.

I have given Dominos enougth of my time, assess the quality/standard for yourself, nothing i can say will change anything, i will never again go to Dominos.

How could you deliver a pizza to a 71 year old lady, hit garden bed in her drive way, cause sleepers, soil and plants to fall down into drive way, drive off without saying anything, and after a phone call and visit to the store to try and get damage fixed, just ignore her and leave her with a $90 bill to have damage repaired.
you need to contact dominos directly, not leave your complaint on a random website. or reach out to them on social media. they will never reply to you on here
I reported damage done to store as soon as discovered it the next day, I left a name and phone number, I was told the damage would be paid for, no one rang so I visited the store, I was told manager would contact me, no one contacted me.

how big are the large pizza size in cm or inches please. i've seen posts that they are 10 inches???? your new yorker (giant size) is 37 cm as advertised which is 14 9/16 inches that start at $20.95 pick up...you can get a basic large for $5 pick up and if they are 10 inches (25.4 cm) and i can upgrade to xl for $3 then i should be getting a 15 inch (38.1 cm) pizza for $8. so could you please let me know the 3 sizes in cm and inches. thanks

the box is 11.5 inches for a large pizza, so the pizza is 10 to 11 inches. its a medium pizza being sold as a large.

Terrible unrelated cookie cutter response which has nothing to do with the question. You should be ashamed Dominos.
They have no shame, they openly admitted to me today that their small pizza of 10" is now being sold as a large and that they don't have a small or medium pizza anymore. And if i thought the large was small, then I should order an XL or their big pizza!! Scoundrels is what they are...I think I will report this scam to the ACCC. More people should do this...
Happened to me today
I already tried reporting them to fair trading, apparently there is no mandatory size for a large as long as they tell how big it is. I know it’s crap that they can get away with it, the driver came to the door with mine and I sent him back with the whole lot of them, told him I’m not paying for that
