VerifiedMy sister bought a membership and got a free membership deal. She gifted it to me but we had difficulties working it out. We ended up downloading the app on my phone and logging on as her. We then activated the second membership. Is there a way I can trf this to my email address etc so it’s in my name?

Hello, I have two Entertainment Book memberships for 12 months each (two separate activation codes); can I put both of them on my account (email address)? I activated one this morning and I am not sure whether to 'gift' the other to someone else or add it to the same account that I added this morning. Thank you.

How do I know what date my Entertainment membership will expire?
Hi Joy, your Membership should expire 12 months from date of activation. So for example, if you were to activate your Membership on 1 Jan, it will expire on 31 Dec. You can also check on your Membership Subscription in our App. If you go to 'Profile > Account Settings > Your Memberships'. It will show all of your Active Subscriptions and when they expire. Do the multi-city memberships have all the same offers that would appear in the corresponding single city membership?
Hi Ian, Yes that is correct! If you purchase a Multi-City Membership you will be able to access all offers available in the 20 cities that we operate in. They are the same offers available in our Single-City Memberships, however you will only see the offers available in your chosen city.

If I purchase a 12 month subscription do I get more than one offer per restaurant or do I need to purchase 3 monthly subscriptions in order to be able to redeem multiple offers each year?
Hi Narelle, Most offers can only be redeemed once throughout the 12 month Membership period. However, there are some Merchant who have multiple offers available, this will be indicated in the App. Some of our eGift Card offers can also be used as many times as you like throughout the year. It is worth considering buying a 3 month not 12 month as it is possible you may get more than one offer per restaurant that way. But yes some do give more than one to start with however often not the ones you want necessarily.

How do I share coupons with a family member. They downloaded the app, I gave them my log in details but they can not redeem the coupon
Hi Jasna, They should be able to redeem and offer by logging in using the Primary Membership holder's details. It is strange that you are having difficulties, please allow us to investigate this further for you. I forgot how to redeem movie tickets digitally and I confirmed the ticket. It now shows that it has been redeemed but I haven’t used it. How to I get it back so I can use it?

Hi Kathryn, Can you please confirm you have activated your Membership? Usually this error appears if a Membership is yet to be activated. You can check this via The Entertainment App. Please go to My Profile > Membership > Subscription.
If not activated, please activate it. If you are missing your activation code, please send me an email at team@entertainment.com.au, I can resend it to you.

If you purchase a 24 month membership, do the offers you use in the first year become available again after 12 months?

Yes they do! All offers that you have redeemed during the first 12 months of the 24 month membership will refresh, so that they will be available to you for the final 12 months. Hope this helps!

How can i get a list of all restaurants available
Hi Victoria, You won't be able to see all offers available without having an active membership, however you can see a selection of offers on our website. If you go to the 'offers' section and type in the region you're wanting to see you will see some of our offers that are available. Due to this, we do have what we call The Entertainment Return policy and guarantee - if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Entertainment Membership, you may within 30 days of purchase contact our office for a full refund. A proof of purchase is required.

I sent a request for assistance-I need an access code to a multi city book purchased months ago. Why have I not received an answer
From my experience, you will not receive any technical support. They repeatedly say they are too busy. I really think the company folded.
I emailed and waited for sometime for the response, however they did offer to give me a new access code when they got back to me. I didnt want the grief of going through a bad experience again. I asked for a refund and it was processed. Very frustrating the communication side.

Although I've seen several negative reviews, I would still like to subscripe. Unfortunately, each time I do so, I receive an error that the transaction can not be proceded and that I need to update the details and try again. I've tried all kind of creditcards (AMEX / Mastercard) but it is not working. I also tried to call them but the line is blocked / unreachable. Does someone know if it is still feasible to subscribe?

Hi there, Sorry to hear you have had issues signing up. We are aware that we had an issue in our back-end a few weeks back that was resulting in Members being unable to purchase a Membership. This has been resolved. You should be able to sign up, please let me know if you aren't able to.

I gave a friend my membership code 2 years ago for 1 year. But each time I renew my membership she gets the new membership on her App automatically. I want to remove her, how do I do that?

I really miss the books. A lot easier to keep in the car, or just tear out what I needed at home. Are they stopping them completely? Not everyone has a phone on them 24/7.
Hi Jodi, We are very proud of all of our printed Entertainment books and will miss them dearly much like some of our members. However, we had to make a decision to move forward and we are very excited about the future of going digital, its benefits for our members and contributing towards being more environmentally sustainable.
For those that do not have their own device, you can now have up to 5 devices registered on one membership meaning that you can share with your family to make it easier for those that don't have access to a device.
