what is fault 18 is it a relay?
Our solar system was down 1000 KWH during the last quarter when it is normally the highest level of KWH. Can you please let me know who to contact regarding getting someone to check the panels here in Mackay. Many thanks for your help in this matter it will be very much appreciated as our bill jumped from about $40.00 to over $180.00 which is very hard to cope with on a very tight budget
I've had 21 panels put on my roof and yet I'm still getting $1000 electronic bill
my friend just had her panels looked at and the panels had "fused" and so no longer working
My inverter is faulty and needs replacing ,it’s only 3 years old ,is this still under warranty please
not likely as Euro solar are now in administration

Curentlu I have 20 solar panedls on my roof. Would there be any benefit in installing more ?
I won’t use these guys again. Will not honour workmanship warranty. Am in the process of taking them to Dept of Fair Trading
we have 21 panels on our roof that were never installed correctly, or energy provider is still waiting on the EWC. we paid $5000 for NOTHING. Installed in 2017- how can you get away with this?
Has anyone on this site had any real resolution. I have been waiting for inverter since Nov 18. Still nothing and can't get any one to help
I would go to fair trading - Euro Solar are pathetic at after sales service
When are you going to replace my inverter been waiting 6 months? Spoke to Diana regarding this back then and claim was approved by her. Still trying to get in contact but never answer.So disappointed taking this further
Euro solar are pathetic - my experience with them is 98% of there money goes into a sales team, 2% into customer service to fix issues. I’m hoping I don’t have any more dramas with my system as I’ll be taking them to fair trading

Dear euro solar. Why are you trying to palm off my warranty claim. My system was installed 2016. My system makes power one day and not the next.
I always have to chase you up. You never get back to me. And now you are saying I never got my system serviced that's why I will not get warranty. Well guess what I was never told to and never got any paper work to. Also why w would I need to service something that has no moving parts. The only thing I got is the receipt because I paid cash on the day. Your service for warranty is horrible and at this point in time it feels like I made a massive mistake choosing euro solar.
If this does not get fixed fair trading will be next on my list. I felt pressured to buy the system and you told me your warranty is the best and has rally long warranty. And not when it comes to the crunch you don't want to know me. So for me to recommend euro solar now is zero.
I will be happy to change all this and say you guys came through in the end. So the ball is in your court.

Hi We had similar history. Right now we are going to QCAT, and have a mediation session with them in Brisbane. We had to call daily and email to get any response. After going to Fair trading, they rectified the situation. What happened to us, was the inverter was actually faulty, and the installer installed incorrectly. The inverter in turn didn't have settings correct and we lost $8000 worth of household appliances that blew.
Keep onto them, as they will try and palm you off. I do know that as of October last year, they fired a lot of people that were contributing to the problem, and not helping customers. Keep onto them, put a claim into ACCC, and then QCAT if that gets you no where

Yes we regularly going into liquidation and start a new company to avoid our responsibilities. Its easy in Australia. Sorry
It has been 2 months now since the system has been installed and I didn't get any notifications from electricity company to get solar working. How long should it take???

I am planning to go with the Euro solar. I reside in Victoria. Hoping to get a soleX inverter and JINKO panals. Anyone has got any issues with these panals and inverter. And within Victoria how is theer aftersales service. It looks slac innother states.

Mate haven’t you read my review about how bad they are. My uncle even help them out to pass the solar panel from the floor to roof because there was only one person to install. Which he shouldn’t have done it, But he had enough with Everything what they have done so he decided to help them for fast installation.
By the way mine is zever inverter and jinko panels. They are doing not too Bad. Hope I have “Answered” your questions well.

The after sales service is terrible, my system is not working properly and it was installed 5 weeks ago. It has not even had the electrical inspection let alone connected to the grid. I’ve sent multiple emails, made several phone calls and I still haven’t had any satisfaction.
Paid deposit last week told me contractor who is going to install will ring Tuesday, they haven't rang so i rang the person who signed me up it was the same answer need to know when the contractor will come

I had solar system fitted by EuroSolar and 2 months later I have still not got it connected. The electricity company have put a defect card on my meter box because there is no switch on the hot water meter. My electrician has told me that EuroSolar is responsible for ensuring that the system is ready to connect and EuroSolar is saying not there problem.
Hi Dave yea thats correct that circuit for HWS has nothing to do with the solar installation. The defect notice would have been issued anyway and should have been noticed before by the power network authority or electrician. HWS must have a switch. Hope you get it sorted shoudnt cost much prob less than 300 cheers
