Hi is it normal after purchasing Eva mattress in2021 and not my lower back start to hurt. I keep tossing and turning all night, and I just can’t get a good nights sleep I awake up with aching back pain.

I feel the same during first two nights, my lower back has no support at all, I am 50kg, there is actually gap between my lower back and the mattress. Could not fall asleep, I switched back to my old mattress after that.

Hi, We are thinking about purchasing a new King mattress and the reviews and specifications all seem to tick the boxes for us. Is it recommended that we should use a mattress topper/ protector with this product? If so what are they made of and how much would your recommended product cost if purchased at the same time as the mattress? Thanks Russell Tremlin. Hervey Bay Qld.

Hey! I just got a bamboo topper for protecting the mattress, added breathability and temperature regulation. It was around $150 from Adair’s and it’s great!

Mine was from Harris scarf. Not too expensive.

Hey Russell! We do recommend using a mattress protector, but it is completely up to you whether you would like to use one! Mattress protectors are great for protecting the mattress (from stains, dirt etc), but there are also claims that using one protects the health of the sleeper, as you're able to keep dust mites at bay, which is especially helpful if you experience bad allergies.

Thanks for your reply. We are getting close to making a decision on the purchase of this mattress. We are most likely to also purchase a bed base to suit the King size mattress. Can you please send me the cost of the matching mattress and bed base. Also if you have the mattress protectors, is it possible to get your recommended one sent at the same time. Many thanks. Why did you steal our details and then only sell 3 beds to fake people

What is the edge support like? As parents, we know there will be times we end up sleeping on the edge of the bed, while our kids are comfy in the middle. We want a mattress with some decent edge support!

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your question! The pocket springs at the edge of the Eva Mattress are made up of thicker diameter wires which assist with edge support. This allows you to sleep at the edge without falling off the mattress. Our 5 layer design also ensures minimal partner disturbance so that you won't be woken up by tossing and turning, or someone getting in and out of bed! Let me know if you have any more questions :)

Hi Michelle, Have a son that sleeps horizontally between the wife and I... Needless to say we spend many nights on the edge and there are no issues with support.
