VerifiedMPN: Evo150-1Why do small size heat pumps use R134a refrigerant and not R290? Where are EvoHeat pumps made and how long have they been in Vic?
Hi Sue, The Evo270-E, our newly released model, actually uses R290 refrigerant, which offers greater energy efficiency and a lower environmental impact: external link We’ve been supplying heat pumps across Australia, including Victoria for over 15 years. Can you tell me the measurement of width for the EVO150, BOB robertmcleanr44@hotmail.com
Hello,
The diameter of the Evo150-1 is 568mm, and the height of it is 1623.5mm.
Thankyou!
Does the 568 mm diameter include the width of the control module at the front of the device?
Hi Adam, The 568 mm diameter specifically refers to the tank itself. The control module extends an additional 6.5 cm beyond the front of the tank. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us at info@evoheat.com.au or give the office a call on 1300 859 933.
Thankyou!
I am getting a EVO150-1 HWS installed. Can you tell me about any rebates on the cost which are available.
Gary, we were advised by EVO that there were no longer any Qld state rebates, but there was still a federal one. We were told if were in NSW or Victoria there would have been a state rebate as well as the federal one. Hope this helps.
Same here, we are also in Queensland and the only rebate available was the federal STC's which were signed over to the installer and offset against the purchase price.
Hi Gary, Both answers from the above users are correct! :) There is only a federal STC rebate applicable in QLD, and our network of Evo Authorised Installers will typically offer this rebate as an upfront discount at time of purchase.
Please contact us on 1300859933 to discuss further.
