Exceltune Questions & Answers

I was at my wits end when I took my car to Exceltune. I’d owned it for a few years & was never happy before me had done to it. It had an aftermarket exhaust, K&N filter & possibly a previous tune, but it drove like a turd. I consulted 3 euro specialists (2 in depth), & couldn’t believe they weren’t straight onto it. Jacques spent the time with me (we went for a test drive, he drove, I explained), he got it. When he said he would fix it or I wouldn’t pay, I was hopeful but sceptical. I still own, he still services it. I drive across town, it’s inconvenient, but I was so happy with the job, I go back. It was a while ago so you’d have to ask him about pricing. If I hadn’t found someone who could fix it, I’d have sold it (or crushed it) long ago. Matt
