Hi Keith, Thanks for reaching out, sorry for the delay! If you are on a mobile device, just click into the shopping cart, and hit the garbage can icon, this will remove it from your cart. We are experiencing an intermitted error on our website on a desktop computer, but if you clear your browser history, or switch to a mobile device, it should remove the products from your cart. We are currently working on this with our IT Department and hope to have a resolution very soon!

I booked a Horizontal Falls & Cape Levique Tour and $1900 was deducted from my account on the same day that I received an email from Experience Oz saying that my date was unavailable. Surely you would check availability before deducting funds.

Hi Sandra, thank you for your question. We understand that many people have had their travel plans interrupted due to COVID-19 and we are working with each customer to offer either a credit towards other experiences in your home state or a refund if the terms and conditions of the supplier allow.

My husband and I were gifted one of your tours (Burlesque Showboat Cruise) for Christmas 2018 but due to very personal reasons, we have not as yet booked the Cruise and are very unlikely that we will book it at all. It has nothing to do with your company, it is just very bad timing!! We were wondering if it is at all possible to get a refund for the cruise and have the refund returned to my son and daughter in law who were the ones that purchased the gift. Hi Chelsea. That is strange. Id check at your end if payment for tickets has actually gone through as sometimes it doesnt and that could be why you dont have your tickets. If it has send Experience Oz an email telling them tickets not received using "contact us" at bottom of page. Also check you have given them your correct email to reply to.
