How often can I take coconut detox? Can I continual to take it after first 2 days? I lost 1 kg so I would like to use it to lose more weight.
I use it as part of fasting 2 days a week in the 5:2 lifestyle & now don't use it 2 days in a row, but break it up over the week. I probably wouldn't do more than 2 days a week though.
Like I said, it's bad for your health if you keep taking it. You'd better follow instruction or consult your doctor.
Thanks everyone. I believe this is not good for health in long term. But it is good for every couple month. I am taking it again after one week. i won't take it again in the next couple month.
I thought I read that it is possible to have gluten free cereal is that so and if so would you use coconut milk, soy milk or almond milk?
If you can find a gluten free cereal thats nice thats great and I would have almond milk with it..I have a berry and coconut smoothie for breakfast and have found helgas gluten free bread the best.

Hello I used once and was enough to poisoning my health. Also my husband and my friend was trying to use this product and had same problem. My husband when started use this poison after second of glasses Coconut had so bad feeling, vomited and bad headache.

I sipped it over the 2 hours every time I felt a little hungry I took a sip so keeps the hunger pangs away if you do this.
