I need to send a 5 kg parcel to Austria as quick as possible, but it's just this once I need this service. Is it recommendable?

Don’t use FedEx If it’s to Australia send it Australia Post or DHL if it’s to Austria send a DHL

Does the distribution depot in Enfield Sydney have a COVID case and is a shut down in place, as all goods seem to be on hold/pending, with no information on when services will properly resume? The messaging online is extremely vague.

They will leave a little card with your package number and usually a tick-box where they will identify if they will re-deliver on the next business day or if you have to pick up from their depot.

Package recieved today in good condition after doing a run around in Singapore, my question is does the customs tax on said item ($1) have to be paid?

Parcel arrived in Sydney on 29th of June, usually next day clearance and delivery. No deliveries yet whats wrong with you. today is 3rd july. Can you please tell me where is my courier. very poor Service.

Mate... exact same thing happened to me in June... very frustrating.. Their system is total f up.... maybe you can ask their customer service to check teh delivery every morning for you. I did this and they called me around 10am everyday to update the status until i get my parcel.

Hi Mike, this is FeEx that youre dealing with. Due to the poor customer service and poor service full stop you will probably have to wait a while for your item. When you call customer service they will tell you all sorts of lies and you will get the run around. Oh and good luck having the item delivered to your address and youre not home to collect it. They dont take your item to a post office and if you want to change address destination to suit where you will be you will be charged for that. Every poor rating you see on this terrible service is true. Good luck with them. You are gong to need it.

You are looking at a minimum 2 weeks or more Fed Ex is so slow horse & cart could do it quicker

After being told my parcel had left nz, found after ten days it was still sitting there. Shocking service , canceled delivery and have used another , more professional company
