I booked return flights from ho chi minh to hanoi, and both flights went well. F.N did increase a few buck on the last page when buying tickets. I was carry on only. Cheap tickets equals less risk.

I am trying to find some positive reviews about Flight Network. I got a ticket with them in Apr22 and I thought I was going to have a problem with them when my original ticket was cancelled a day or two after booking. The refund appeared a day or two after that.

I booked another ticket with them and had no problem with my trip.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it appears most people are having problems if they have to make changes and/or contacting them.

This is not exclusive to this company.... have a look on Jetstar's website and try and find a contact number.

I would like to hear from others who have successfully booked and travelled with a Flight Network booking.

I'm just about to lock in another trip but I'm a little nervous now.

Yes Jetstar are shockers as well. Totally unreliable and impossible to contact.They will also steal your money.

I just travelled with tickets booked through them again with no problems. The travel with them was Bangkok Air from Phuket to Bangkok and Vietjet on the return. Vietjet changed my flight to a later one but it was too late.

I contacted FN who advised me to contact the airline. I asked them to make my flight earlier and all was changed without fuss or additional charges in less than 24 hours.

Remember that if you buy a discounted ticket directly with an airline you will be charged for any changes... and this will be clearly stated in the conditions (that we all never read). They also give options to buy insurances etc to cover these instances (which we all never buy). These days any company is hard to contact, the Karens of the world have created this dynamic.

While I think some customers may have been given the runaround most are victims of their own doing. They have made a mistake and do not want to take personal responsibility.

Hi I travelled with srilankan Airlines booked through flightnetwork in August 22, from Melbourne to mumbai with connecting flight in colombo, departing flight was delayed hence connecting flight was missed Even though I spend 45 min on phone with flightnetwork, they manage to change my flight and handover my booking to srilankan airline, I found srilankan Airlines very accommodating and professional

Trust me they will not call you back or respond your email. They are scams. please read all the comments you will see you are not the only one. my best advice is to speak with your airflight company.

In most cases the airline will not deal with you because you booked through this ridiculous travel agent! Only the travel agent can request changes!! Don't believe them if they try and tell you otherwise. THEY LIE!!! Check with the airline first and you will soon see.

Has anyone actually made it on their flight with a ticket from flightnetwork? We have had a leg of our flight cancelled and when they offered us an alternative we went ahead with this. Flightnetwork have now said the flight has been cancelled and all they can do is a refund (which I am not very hopeful of after reading all of these reviews). As some of our flights are still operational I am wondering if i should just rebook directly with the airline the leg that has been cancelled or if i should rebook the our whole booking? I am nervous that the other flights will magically be cancelled just before our departure date. Really wish i had read reviews before booking with this scam of a company!!!

I have a few times now and not had a problem yet. I got refunded when they cancelled a ticket and I had a flight cancelled and was able to change to a flight I wanted. If you are buying a discounted ticket you will be charged for any changes. This happens if you book directly with the airline as well. If you think you plans might change pay extra for a flexible ticket.

Good day, I have made a booking in the name of Johanna Christina Richards on the 12th of September 2022 and received a message to thank me for my order. I however did not receive an order number nor any communication from Flight Network to proof that the booking was made for a flight from Cape Town to OR Tambo, Johannesburg, South Africa on the 21st of October 2022 for the amount of R1505.36. Hi friends,

I bought a ticket from flightnetwork from Tehran to Melbourne with stops in Dubai and Brunei.

My flight from Tehran to Dubai was by Flydubai airline, then from Brunei airline from Dubai to Brunei and then to Melbourne. The transit time in Dubai in my ticket was 1 hour and 20 min. However, in the Flydubai says it must be at least 180min. That is why Flydubai deny me boarding the plane. Now, when I called the flightnetwork, they refuse to accept the responsibility and just said, I can ask for refund with almost $400 charging fee. They put me on hold for long time to make me tired so I give up.

Does anyone have the same experience to share with me?

Hey Rahil S, Flight Network is the worst. I have not had the same experience but I am also fighting to get a refund for a $500 overcharge. If you have an industry watchdog you should alert them to what I think is illegal business. I am going to contact the industry watchdog in Australia. Flight Network is not an ethical company. I am travelling from Perth to Christchurch return, and accidentally put down my Married name instead of maiden name on passport when booking. Have paid $54 to Flight Network to resolve as airlines can't due to third party booking. No one is giving me any direct answers. Due to fly in a week. Will they sort this out? Very worried

I received a refund of AUD1330 from a total AUD3226 spent with them after they claimed ALL of my flights had been cancelled ‘due to Covid’. Weirdly, they say they’ve refunded me USD427 (which equates to no journey or flight, or to AUD1330). Still waiting for the remaining nearly AUD2000 but not liking my chances considering they insist I’ve already been refunded in full. To make matters worse, I have just received a flight reminder from Cathay Pacific for one of the journeys - so it was never even cancelled anyhow.

How are companies like this allowed to operate! What the hell does the ASIC or Department of Fair trading actually do? It seems this company is free to take thousands from customers with no repercussions. They don't even have a proper registered business address! Yet this is shown on the ASIC website. We have lost $1500 on flights due to a family emergency and money we can't afford.
