I recently purchased a flowering kangaroo paw, to my surprise and disappointment it suddenly died although I had looked after it and followed the instructions on the label attached to the pot. Am I entitled to a refund or an in store voucher?
Hi Richard and thanks for reaching out. We would suggest you go in-store with your plant or have images of the Kangaroo Paw to show the team. This way, our horticulturists will be able to identify if something is wrong with the plant. You will also need to provide proof of purchase and the team can then determine whether you receive a refund or exchange voucher. All the best, the Flower Power team.
Hi there, I bought 2 pots of lavender Avonview on 30/08/21 & left it in the pots for 2 days, spraying a bit of water over it, but I then noticed the leaves/branches & flowers started to hanging/dropping down on the 2nd day, not straight up anymore. I repot it to larger pots but it doesn't seem to help, both look like dying. What can I do?
Hi there, it sounds they have dried out too much! We'd suggest to put them in a bucket of water for a few hours and then pot them up, but best to cut them back by half as well. All the best, the Flower Power team!
Hi, thank you for the tip. I contacted Flower Power and was offered for a swap to new plants to try again. Very happy with that :) Many thanks!

Hello
We have a bug eating our lime trees and would like to know how to stop it. It looks like a caterpillar which is half eating the leaves and spinning a silk web causing the leaves to curl.
Thank you
Betty
Hi there Betty! It sounds like a caterpillar to us. We recommend spraying Yates Success. Good luck!
