Got repeated error messages when trying to book flights and use credit card for remaining cost. Eventually got a successful payment but have been charged an additional 6 times on my credit card. Now cannot get through to Flybuys for refund of almost $4000 for a flight from Melbourne to Cairns.

I booked a flight from Adelaide to Sydney for 28 April 2022, for a friend with my Flybuys points, and received notification it was successful. Flybuys Booking Number: AMSDLK-421561

Is this the document to be presented for check-in at the airport as I have not received any other document with a barcode.

Please clarify asap. Many thanks.

I think you have to do it yourself on the airline website ? That’s what I did.

We didn’t actually get to go due to the recent lockdown so we can’t comment. Still waiting for our refund of flybuy points so we can actually enjoy a holiday. When can we expect these points as I was told 7 to 10 business days and it’s been 13

When will a refund be made on a cruise cancelled over 12 months ago? Never booking with flybuys again ever!

Why are flybuys sending requests for reviews of trips which have obviously been cancelled due to CoVid19? Somebody there needs to correct this. My review:- Disappointing. Flybuys will not even refund our points back on to our statement when it is highly unlikely we will be able to re-book our triip

We got to go on our trip. It was not cancelled. We returned the night before the mandatory quarantine started. This is a genuine review

HI The flight to Melbourne was cancelled more than a month ago and I was advised the points used could be re used for a Virgin flight.

Did anyone use partial cash and points for their holiday that was cancelled due to Covid-19? If so I understand the cash partial payment is kept as credit, but did you get your partial points back?

Yes, but you have to choose / book your seats directly with the airline.

Hi, just saw your question.. Yes as someone has stated! Your sent directly to airline site and you can choose seats if you prefer to sit somewhere in particular. but as usual it's and added expense.
