Hi I placed an online order about 2 wks ago and still have to recieved it it's my first order with this company
I waited over 7 weeks and got nothing. When I enquired, they sent a refund. Hopefully you paid with Paypal, so if they don't willingly refund you, you can dispute it on Paypal. FragranceNet used to be alright years ago, now it looks like they're down the toilet.

I placed an order on 28/5/22 totalling $183 AUD. I have logged onto my account & still no information except “order received “ have tried to call number listed to be told “ call cannot be connected, please check number” Order # is AU264704781 can someone please update me via my email [Email Address Removed]
Mine is a similar story. Get on the email link and they will give feedback, albeit vague. I now have advice the order will be delivered next week by AUS Post. It seems they have supply chain issues, however their lack of communication leaves you lost as to what may be happening?

Omg I ordered from Jan and they did not send any notification about delivery, so long time even I forgot that I ordered it. But I still need that product and ordered again just yesterday. After paying I realized I ordered before with the same shop, so disapointed. I cancelled both of 2 orders but they not respone me. I wished I read these reviews before shopped. Have no ideas to get 120Aud refund yet. This is scammmm!

Difficult to know. I advice to buy your perfume from external link , more reliable and delivery within 7 working days. Nearly same rates
Buy elsewhere, read the positive reviews these are definitely not genuine. Who writes reviews like that. Seriously After being burned I learnt the hard way, they are crooks. Mis quoted delivery dates, changes in prices. Being charged in USD, I did not even know the item was coming from rom the US. I usually try and buy locally even if it costs a little more.
Especially when this happens. Did you also read the reviews about fake fragrances. Wow. How are they still legally allowed to operate if they are doing it fraudulently ?

Better to order from external link . It’s more trust
Majority of the time it’s in USD but on the classic website (non mobile version) you can actually change the currency in the top right hand corner to AUD which is what I do to avoid getting an exchange rate shock lol.
