Furniture Galore Questions & Answers
VerifiedIs there a store I can ring. My couch is under warranty and I need assistance
How do I claim warranty
I purchased lounge suit from Dandenong shop some time 2 years ago this is the second time under the cushions and base has torns. Can’t get hold on to anyone. Please help. Thanks
They’ve closed permanently I believe! Which is unfortunate due to warranty issues but at least they can’t rip any other people off.
Now that furniture Galore in Caroline Springs closed down who do I contact for information?
Doesn’t the ‘Contact Us’ on their website work?
I need a number to contact Please. I don't want to email my issue Thanks
Hi,
I purchased a 2 & 3 seater lounge suite around 2-3 weeks ago and I Am not very happy with these, the 3 seater is squeaky whenever I move. Given the fact I’ve only had it for such a short time I can’t imagine this is getting any quieter over time- I paid $700 so expected a bit better quality than what this is , do I have any options ? Any help would be much appreciate .
Regards ,
Jacqui
Hey, I would definitely take it back!call them up and tell them that you are not happy with quality... Which store did you purchase it from? I have had many issues with furniture galore i will never ever buy from them again.
Demand for a full refund...go straight to head office. Send them an email and call Micheal he is a very difficult person to deal with but unfortunately the only person to deal with. Just dont let him speak to down to you. . He has a habbit of doing that.
Best of luck hunj

If you’ve only had it for 3 weeks just contact the store you purchased it from. Pretty sure this company’s been around for a long time so they must be doing something right. A squeak surely can’t be a big deal for them to fix, or replace. Have you called them? Not sure what Nicole is on about but in my experiences dealing with any retailer or any business at all, courtesy goes a long way.
Can I cancel an order which is placed in early May but due for delivery only by mid July?
Hi Thomas and thanks for your question. Generally speaking, if you ordered an item in May and at the point of sale you were quoted an estimated time for delivery of mid July, then unfortunately you probably couldn't cancel it outright. There are exceptions; for example if the item was excessively delayed you would be entitled to cancel your order, although the stores would do their utmost to preserve the goodwill and would seek to provide options that may be more favourable than cancelling entirely.
If it's a case of an error in choice and items had not yet been delivered or picked up, and unless your order was being made especially for you in a non-stock size/colour/configuration, there would be no hesitation in allowing you to reselect to other items from any part of our range, but you would generally need to reselect to the same or close to the same value of your original purchase.
Our cancellation policy can be viewed at the following link: external link
I hope this helps.
If you need further information, or have any concerns about an order that you may have placed, please feel free to either contact the store of purchase to discuss further, or message me through here and I can look at any specific situation you may have in mind.
Best Regards,
