Hi guys placed an order online on 22nd of April and didn’t receive any response from you. I haven’t received order and I am just wanting confirmation that you have received my order and an approximate delivery date. The banking reference number is 2204 AUD6850 Kind regards Warwick Thornton
I forgot my password and it just goes around in circles and I keep having to reset my password. Like your products
I recall having the exact same issue. A dog chasing the tail it was. Somehow I got there in the end.
Why is it so difficult to reset my password I followed the steps but keeps going back to reset your password. This really should be an instant process if I verify it was my request. Polyon

I would like to know how to maintain bulbs till ready for planting in spring? Currently they are together in newspaper, however, have read somewhere they should be ventilated. Could someone please advise the correct method.
Thanking you!
Lauren Allan
Lauren, If you are asking about Spring Flowering bulbs, keep them in a cool dry place, a paper bag or loosely bundled in newspaper is fine. You should aim to plant around Mother's Day, second weekend in May to get a spring display. Make sure you feed them well with a complete fertiliser when you plant them when they shoot and as they are finishing flowering to ensure year on year healthy flowering bulbs..
If you are asking about other season flowering bulbs, rule of thumb is 4-6 months prior to the flowering season.
