VerifiedI can see pattern of standard answer. contact Customer service..cant they read people are getting worse experience from the Customer services. They are so unprofessional. I really wish if I would have got this site before. Why there is no responsible answer. everyone is crying with their worse experience. Please take some action or pull them to current affairs. why you dont issue ticket after taking full money.. even airline is saying you dont submit the paper work, otherwise they are working every date even on public holidays.. why making people cry .. why. I have worse experience .

Hi All, I am another victim of Gaura Travel. I have to cancel my parent's ticket due to medical emergency but Gaura travel didn't want to consider any date change or cancellation as its outside the 15 day of departure date. I contacted Quantas and they are happy to assist but agent needs to contact Quantas. Can this be raised with consumer forum as its not a simple change of mind/ plan cancellation. There must be some protection against unforeseen circumstances

I have booked tickets with Gaura Travel for my family to travel from India to Australia, the flight is on 7th Sept and haven't received etickets, they keep saying tickets will be sent soon, it's quite frustrating and now I am worried that I have made a big mistake booking with them. Please advise if anyone is in same situation and how did you guys manage to get etickets off Gaura Travel
They will not issue a ticket. At the end moment they will ask you to pay more or apply for a refund. Technically they used your money for three months. It’s a fraud. I have trusted on them twice. Be careful next time.
OMG!! This is the situation that I am stressing about. The flight is next week and whole family is booked. I have made 7 bookings with them and spent over $10000, etickets for 4 bookings have come through but for 3 bookings, it hasn't come. Thank you for your response though!!
File a complain with ATAS as they are an Australian company they need to abide by the rules or they loose license if there are too many complains. I already lodged complaint will update if I end up getting eticket. Post review on google. Post on your social media how they are running a scam hopefully that would make them change their tactics

Hi Savi I just got the ticket flight is on 1st. I would suggest lodge the complain and then ring the ATAS office number they will chase things up. You have to do that now if you want tickets in time.

The worst travel agent I came across first denied to do date change , and suggested buying new tickets and get refund . I called Singapore airlines personally and they advised the agents can sort this issue, but GAURA TRAVEL declined to. When I with no choice hot tickets with Singapore airlines then they refused to give refund . No information was ever shared or discussed or given clear instructions. I feel sick and disgusted that I even used their company . Scamming people and taking their hard earned money is just a game for this Travel Agent . I am sick of their automated slaw response to everyone. Can’t believe so many people have gone w same thing or even worse just liKe me . How can you freaking operate from Australia but have no physical contact number for Melbourne . But all the calls are answered from freaking India . What a load of bullshit ..

Hi All,
I have booked a ticket for my mother to fly from Delhi to Melbourne in January 2022 via Malaysian airline charter flight.
I have been told that the ticket will be issued 24hrs prior to the flight.
The airline numbers are MH129 and MH191. If I type this flight number on google, I can see that these flight do fly almost every day.
I know a lot of commercial flights were cancelled in the past but Covid situation is improving now so the charter flights arranged for end of December 2021 and Jan 2022 must fly without any issues?
Any one have any thoughts on this?

Hi , The issue here is getting your eTickets , it’s not airline but it’s these scammers who won’t issue you ticket , no matter how you approach them . But one thing that worked for me to get my ticket just 48 hrs before departure was my cousin paid them a visit in their Melbourne office which was shut from outside he kept knocking on the door so finally someone came out & he asked the lady person incharge to talk to me on his phone .
Even then they didn’t issued the ticket , but my cousin was prepared to take day off the day before departure & not leave their office until they issue ticket , but by Gods grace , we got first half of ticket issued on Thursday night & after making so many inquires , they issued other half & on Friday night imagine my wife was travelling on Saturday afternoon with Singapore airlines. .
If you haven’t paid the full fare I mean have only paid 5% deposit , I will suggest book somewhere don’t waste your time with these scammers . They are doing this to 1000s of people . Some serious action should be taken against this fraud company .

Hi GSD, They have cancelled the Malaysian airlines charter flights on the 22nd of December and I don't think your flights in January are going to go either. The Indian Government has cancelled all flights to Malaysia till the 31st of Jan 2022. Just google that and you will know. But Gaura travels won't tell you anything now. They will tell you that your flight has been cancelled 2 days before your departure. Book else where.
Hi Deepthi, If I google search MH191 and MH129, it is showing that these flights are scheduled for 22nd Dec and 23rd Dec.
Did you book for 22nd?
Hi GSD, yes I had booked the flights for the 22nd December. Leaving Delhi to Kuala Lumpur on the 22nd and departing from KL to MEL on the 23rd. The thing is the KL to MEL flight will still run as there are no issues between the Malaysian and Australian authorities. However india has banned all flights to Malaysia till the 31st of Jan. Hello Brother, They finally gave me my tickets , but I went through lot of stress to get my eticket , it was my Mama G in Melbourne, they paid them a visit , I think that’s where these guys , thought of issuing me a ticket as we gave them clear indication , if they will do anything wrong like what others have faced , we will take serious action.
If any help is needed from my end please let me know . You are doing right thing bother by taking action against them , they have played with emotions & money of so many innocent people like you & me . All the best .
Hi Shera, I think this fraud company is playing with people , with their hard earned money and emotion , as people are really desperate to travel. Reading the recent reviews in Gaura travel website and product review.com.au it is very clear they are frauds and taking people's money. There are many people out there who are frustrated and do not know how to get their money back and some just give up. Because people do not make an official complaint these frauds are making money. Truly, they do not work according to Australian standards. The refunds may even take a year. I feel sad for those who have lost their hard earned money. I think many hundred people are being scammed by them not knowing what to do. It would be good if you / or as a group we do something about it. Need to get them together so we can report. If you post ur details ( not ur personal but if you can create one for this good cause) in Gaura travel review page people may reach out to you.
Hello Shera, Have taken any action, I am also planning to take a legal action. They also bothered me a lot in my difficult times. I have booked a ticket flight ticket on 17/02/2022, and immediately I had made a payment. I had sent an email on the same day by attaching the screenshot, the same day I have even contacted gaura travels and they have confirmed the same. While booking the ticket I told the agent that I am pregnant and I can't follow up, because I was already overdue. But, after booking i was calling every day for the status and update, agents said the same thing that payment was received. I have been in the hospital since 22/02/2022, When I got the baby on 24/02/2022 early morning around 02:00 through cesarean the same day around 15:28, gaura travel team sent an email stating that the flight tickets were sold out they can't be able to provide the same tickets as i have originally opted for. Then I got a missed call, and a voice message, after that I have contacted multiple times by sending emails and calls asking the agents to transfer the call to a flight change team agent who's name is Huzaifa Kachchi, but they never transferred the call and they promised to arrange a call back. After following up multiple times through mails and calls they arranged a call back, and he offered the ticket on 27/02/2022 from Hyderabad to Delhi morning 05:00 to 07:15, remaining all stops are the same, we have accepted for the same but at the end they sent a e-ticket for 26/02/2022 from hyderabad to delhi 10:50 PM to 27/02/2022 01;05 PM on 25/02/2022 at 9:53 PM to travel next day. The e-tickets were sent to me after multiple follow-ups though different communication channels. I have originally accepted the tickets from Hyderabad to Kolkata, kolkata to singapore, and singapore to melbourne with 2 stops and the journey dates were 28/02/2022 to 01/03/2022, but then gaura travel guys called me and changed to 3 stops from hyderabad to delhi, delhi to singapore, singapore to brisbane, and brisbane to melbourne on 27/02/2022 to 28/02/2022, i accepted the same, at the end travel team sent different tickets from 26/02/2022 to 28/02/2022. I already told Huzaifa Kachchi that I had a cesarean and I am in hospital and explained the situation very clearly, even though I told that my mother is a patient and she needs a wheelchair. I told ruksana to arrange a call back but she never arranged a call back. I am having all the conversation recordings and all email proofs of what the gaura travel guys have promised and what the service they provided. Gaura travel guys gave me mental tension and suffered me in my difficult times. Gaura travel agent forced and promised the things to buy the ticket.

I managed to get my relative who was stranded here in Melbourne for many months because of Covid 19 restrictions. We booked him on the Chartered flight of Sri Lankan Airlines from Melbourne to Delhi through Gaura Travels. I must say I was very happy with the service provided by them. Stanley
