Hi, Do you guys do AMD software related issues? For further context I downloaded the graphics driver separately via Dell's website. But as consequence I could no longer access my amd software. And so I downloaded the latest AMD Adrenalin software but in doing so messed my laptop's resolution. Now everything's at 150%resolution. My laptop's battery is getting shorter and everything including word doc is lagging. With that said, I want to know if you have any specialists who know how to fix things like this. Or if any of this pc is salvageable.

I have a HP Envy Photo 6200 All-in-one...purchased 7 Oct. 2021...the only function I can get to operate is: print from computer via wi-fi and print from mobile via wi-fi.. Hi,

Just wondering if it’s possible for you guys to fix the wifi speed and connectivity? I feel like we have a pretty good unlimited internet plan, yet the kids can sometimes find it frustrating being unable to load things or even connect. I’ve also noticed in certain rooms there is no connection at all. Is there some way you can look at the whole setup? If so what is required for you to be able to carry out these works.

i had one of your geeks come to me last week . all is fine but i thought he had upgraded me from windows 7 to 10 . as i am ignorant of computer workings . i find this is not the case . my mistake i thought i could try to do it myself but........ no. its beyond me . do i have to have another visit or can it be done remotely. whatever that is . ha ha
