Which inverter do tghey use?
We are considering installing solar panels and were curious about how we would go with after sales service in Victoria where we are when GEM is a Queensland based company?? What happens if we need warranty work completed??

Im not sure as we are in NSW and have not needed any work done but im sure if you call the installer they will inform you of the protocol.
G'day Deb & Jim. All of our workmanship warranties are held locally by installers in our contractor network. It would be no different to buying from another company based in Victoria. The other warranties are all managed by the manufacturers of the equipment.
