Did you focus group test your cup size changes? Or did you just think we would wear a 25% drop in content for same price? That's like upping the price $1, I'm voting with my feet and going elsewhere!
No the new cups large cups looked smaller so I measured them against the previous ones and they hold less. The other thing is these cups are thinner and really hard to hold for any period of time. After I buy my coffee I have a few minutes walk back to work so noted that. Sine I posted my comment I have seen other coffee chains so the same thing.
The drop in size is dramatic. It is price gouging and is not justifiable. Even if they argue they have worn increased prices and now have to pass them on, it is unacceptable to try and make us for that loss by such a change. It is like selling a car with 3 tyres and charging same price.
Also I’m keen to know if the coffee machines have been adjusted to give less in the ‘Shot’. Are we getting less milk and water or are we also getting less of the coffee product too?
