How long does a customer have to wait for a reply to emails and phone calls regarding a problem with the blinds I purchased

Who manufactures the parts and components (half price blinds) for this company’s products…. I need replacement parts for my awning system which we have owned for many years but the company itself has been very unhelpful in getting us the answers we need and more importantly the parts we desperately need, if the middleman won’t help us out we need to get to the source!! if anyone has the answer of who manufactures their products please let me know, thanks… Tim W [Personal Details Removed]
Hello Tim We manufacture of alot of our own parts and accessories, we have checked you mobile and email address on all of our systems and can not find any record of you ordering blinds from us. We don't carry spare parts for other manufacturers, perhaps contact the original agent or retailer that sold you your Awning and they can point you in the right direction for spare parts.

Hello Tim Back in October of 2022 we received an emailed from Amy asking her to supply more information and photos of the parts she needed. The most recent order is from 2017 You left a comment on your online review that we haven't been helpful. We immediately replied to Amy's email from the 24th of October within 2 minutes of receiving her email with the below and we had not received a reply since that time.

Hello, I had vertical blinds installed by someone else. Will your replacement slats be ok to use? Standard size 89mm. Chainless with weights. Our original blinds looks to have your standard plastic hook. Thanks
HI Louise!, Thanks for your message, fyi- usually the carriers that hold the vertical slats are a universal part, can you email a photo of your carriers up in the track to us and we can have a look and confirm, email your photo to sales@halfpriceblinds.com.au We do make Vertical slats with Chainless Weights at the bottom. You could perhaps put a request on Facebook or gumtree for a quote ,then hopefully if you're happy with a particular quote and know that you're not dealing with a "cowboy "then you are able to proceed.Half Price Blinds are happy to send you free samples. Probably best not to, because they ask for precise measurements, and recommend that you take three measurements for the width: One at the top, one in the middle, and one at the bottom of the window, and average it out. Best to check with them directly though, just in case. All the best! :)
Hi Natalie, You cannot order from house plans as the measurements are brick course. They do not include plaster or window sills ect. You would need to measure the windows once you have access. kind regards Ann

Do you have white Venetian blinds with strings to open/close rather than the stick?
Hi Andrea, I already had the blinds track which I had changed from strings to a stick one. But I bought 5 x separate blind panels as I needed to replace 5.
We prefer what is called 'chain drive' which is what I think you mean by strings. All of our recent purchases have been chain drive and they all work really well. Plus the chain drive is quite light so if you have the window open it doesn't bang around like a wand might.

I have purchased aluminium shutter for bathroon and is very good. Thinking basswood for front bedrooms. Facing north and 40 degree days. Is the paint guaranteed and UV resistant?
Hi Tom, yes the paint is uv resistant all shutters have a 2yr warranty . You can use the aluminium shutters as well, most of our sales are now aluminium.

Hello, we put in an enquiry into your website and received a quote of $703 so we ordered some samples and became members. Once we received the samples we picked a colour and went back onto the website to order them and the price was increased to $ 1107. The promo code also didn’t work. Can this be sorted out? Cheers. Hi guys, I’ve installed the Venetian blinds but can’t seem to release the blinds down. I’ve tried pulling left as per the instructions. Is there any trick to this?
Hi Shahn D. Think you need to pull to right to release the blind. Also make sure all packing restraints are removed ie plastic bands etc.
