Are Hays breaching sham contract laws by asking people they recruit to waive their right to paid leave? They claim a 12 month office job is a "contracting" position and that they don't include leave.... seems suspicious.
What is your views on Hays Recruitment (Tasmania?). I can imagine that in general, Hays is appalling everywhere.

I had received the interview call from Hays and finished 1st round and now they have set up meeting with HR of the XYZ company from Singapore but they are asking me to share passport copy, Photograph, Educational certificate and Profile verification certificate ( Im not sure what this certificate is). what should i do?
i havent seen one review that said anything good about hays is there one
no you wont find anything good they advertise fake jobs
No when they lie to the workers that earn them a commission its time to write a review !
