I put in a dispute with my bank but I eventually got my order after numerous emails. Took 2 months. Good luck.
After no support with the company, I filed 2 claims with my bank (of 42 years) & I received immediate refund for the hair conditioner I have yet to receive and a temporary refund for the fake hair (cuticle oil) of $42.94. A few days later, HeyKeratin refunded $39.97 of which the bank will cover the remaining $2.97. I highly recommend contacting the company first and keeping record of all transactions to support your claim. Best of luck.

Took 2 months and numerous emails. Unclear instructions on amount to use and no results so far. Very little communication with company. Would not recommend.
I believe this is not a mistake, because I paid for 4 bottles since 7th June 2024 but yet to hear from you. Amount I paid = £47.69.
OMG I've just ordered this and paid over £45. No order number given, just email saying "Thank you, your order is being processed", BUT they have taken the money out my Bank already and when I messaged back and asked for "tracking" no reply.!! Think this is a swindle.
