Davo , I bought boneless chicken pack, smaller than nuggets anywhere else, made a complaint to Hungry Jack's and also consumer affairs , miraculously a refund appeared in my mail box , keep the dogs honest mate , corporate theives..

Our store at Labrador, Qld, is terrible, shocking service, order just thrown into bag, cold chips, sloppy burgers, lot of the time Frozen coke, Ice Cream are not available, broken machines, will have to try another store further away !

It is all a marketing ploy. Burgers in the ads and photo's in store are there to whet your appetite. The product they actually produced was way below any standard I would expect for the money I paid and nothing to what was promised. The main problem is they can get away with it as there is no Government oversight of companies that do this. Complain, write poor reviews to warn others and just find a good local burger joint and support them.

Yes the packaging was terrible went to get the whopper box out of the bag it wasn’t closed securely and the burger fell apart half in the box half in the bag luckily, for $11 no one cares they are just hurrying people through, the coke tasted awful too, but frozen pineapple took the prize and lastly no napkins in bag!

No in Geraldton. They didn’t even supply stirrers or napkins!!!

Because there hamburger buns are getting smaller especially the junior whopper ones

The price is high at $9.10. The picture is nothing like the actual burger and IMO is false advertising. It was purchased as a spicy chicken burger but it came with no spice minimal soggy lettuce strips, look like a square piece of processed almost tasteless chicken meat in breadcrumbs on a soggy brioche roll. Just exremely poor quality at a premium price. The second time I have wasted my money due to poor quality at hungry jacks but it will be the last. I've told my children no more from HJ's. They say their burgers are better. God I'd hate to eat at whatever burger shop they are comparing themselves to.

NO not the customer, the receipt proved that they made an error, but in fact the staff member on duty. This was confirmed by their management ... do you work ther3??

All burgers are cooked through a broiler

If they are cooked in a broiler that is false advertising and selling so can they be sued

Just bought 2 x whopper with cheese meals. I like to have hot chips, not stone cold chips and my drink sitting on the bench for 5 miutes and ice melted. I pay for hot food and cold drinks. Not happy
