Can order arrive on the weekend

My goods 2 cartons scanned at Hunter express Melbourne now it has arrived at Sydney depot and only one carton scanned into depot BRO386474 it is a flat pack that comes in 2 cartons does this mean it is lost.

I ordered a mattress from Big W on 6 May now it's the 14th and tracking says held for processing. It took Hunter Express 4 days to get it from Melbourne to Sydney and now it's been sitting in a Sydney warehouse for several days.

What does held for processing mean?

After assessing time how long does it take to deliver the item??

What does held short mean

My item had just been delivered in Sydney from Melbourne, however now it says it’s held for processing. What does that even mean? After reading all the reviews from other customers, i will be reporting this hunter express to investigate more into this company. Something does not sound right, and if my item is not delivered to me as soon as possible, my older brother is a police officer, I will have faster connections to report this company, especially if their is so many customers being treated This way. As I especially need my item delivered to me as soon as possible for transportation as I have a broken ankle and need to get around asap.

When tracking my parcel, its states “held-short” what does that mean?

I was told my package was meant to be delivered last Wednesday and now it’s been 6 days and I called someone and it said that it hasn’t even moved for 6 days what’s the go?

I'm expecting a delivery in next two weeks but I will be away from home after that. Will my large parcel be taken to a depot or is there a way to delay delivery if it looks like it's not going to be delivered in time?

Why call yourself express when something took 3 months to turn up when it said it was only going to take a week

What does status: assigned mean?

I received am email saying it was onboard for delivery for today and it never showed

They sent me email saying it was onboard for delivery at 2pm then another at 7.17 pm saying delivery in an hr it’s now 9.41pm the tracking isn’t working , this mobs a joke .

What does ‘held short’ mean

I thought EXPRESS meant quickly. Please advise why delays are so common with your company... You promise sellers/senders of goods a "service" and fail to meet any acceptable levels of customer satisfaction
