I paid the full course fee for a TESOL course two weeks ago. I have not been able to contact them since last week. I also reported to ASQA and NTCH. I will be suing them if I have to.

I have paid full fee and these scammers shut down the business but they are still current at training.gov.au I don’t know what to do now..

@ Melissa M. That's our situation too. Our next move is to start the qual again with someone else. I read from one of the other commenters that the owners of "Inspire" also own 360RTO so we will be avoiding them both. Other than that, complaining to ASQA asap and depending on how many people have been affected, a class action to recoup fees is not out of the question

Put email to ASQA and spoke to another company who said unfortunatly not much to be done, they did mention they have 21 days to change the status from current. @bekr Its horrible are u just waiting for placement marks?

@Melissa M. Yeah, my other half finished his final assessment but couldn't upload. He's not a happy camper

What should I do now? I am literally submitting my last assignment.

Hi Debbie I did a bit of searching and found that the owners of inspire also own 360rto solutions and I started calling them. they were the ones that told me it closed but since I did this review I have had a heap of people email in the same situation if you want to email me alex@boatingwest.com.au as a group we can try to put some presser on these clowns. I have reported to ASQA

I've not been able to get hold of them either since Thursday last week. - its a concern as I have assignments I need to upload but am locked out of the hub.

It is a concern, indeed! I was unable to extend my enrollment and subsequently have been locked out of the hub. I have contacted QLD Fair Trading in regards to the matter and am awaiting a reply.

I have also put in a compliant via the ASQA website

Hi Brooke, I won't recommend this school. No support from calls or emails, it took a week to have a call and they give you 15minutes call, they didn't help me at all during the call. The books are useless and the assessments are endless. Trainers are taking and average of 4/5 weeks to mark my assignments. I recently prolonged my course due that issue and I took 6 extra months $500 just because I know it will take forever to them to mark my assignments. It's soooo frustrating!!!! Don't buy this course, it's not what they say. Customer service are great and they will make you feel like buying, trainer are not like the guys working in marketing trust me.

Best choice you made Brooke, I am currently doing the course with inspire and struggling with completing it due to assistance.

I know is really annoying and actually breaks private policy. I am doing RPL with this provider and they are asking me to share emails, students contact details, videos of my meetings... It's ridiculous, they argued that that information will verify the authenticity of my assignments... They contact the manager at the TAFE where I work and that is apparently not enough to verify authenticity. I had a phone call with one trainer from inspire, it was useless, they continue asking me for all that information. Inspire is a school that provides no learning material, just a workbook, but they are asking me to provide PowerPoints, DAP, and many other learning content from the classes I am delivering, a total of 18 units with all that information, plus emails, videos etc....is just ridiculous, they are asking me for something that they don't provide in their courses. Good luck with your course.

I had attempted that course with Insipre Education, too Lee but cut my losses and enrolled elsewhere.

Completed all subjects in Cert 3 Individual support HCC, incredibly difficult, looking for placement has been a nightmare ,Inspire college does not have facilitators to help with our skills workbook, which is needed to complete the course, other colleges do ,have been asking for assistance for months which is delaying my course which has ended, very very disappointed. they delay the whole process so you pay $125 per subject for extension per month. Very frustrating.

Hi Noddy Can u pls help me in Cert 3 in Individual support (ageing) assignments? I have just started the course with Inspire Education. I am very stressed as the assessments are very tough. This workbook and roleplay assignment are very unrealistic. I am also struggling to complete it. Could you please help me if you have already done it or nearly there? Suggestion please, nowadays I think I have blown up my money on air. Thank you
