Hi Darren... I have the same issue with my order. Website not available anymore..guessing it is a scam. I lodged a dispute with my bank and NSW fair trading to try to get a refund. Suggest the same..unfortunately.. Rebejah

I paid for one in July but still haven't received it as yet......multiple emails have been sent. They did send a tracking number with TOLL but TOLL are not able to locate the chair. One email advised they have insurance to cover if the chair is lost or damaged but now they are saying that as it has left the warehouse there is nothing that can be done. I requested a copy of there Manifest Report that they would have had to submit to TOLL (which TOLL have advised me to do)............ if the chair was ever picked up by TOLL and that was 2 weeks ago and still no response.

Yes, I ordered and paid for one in full. $1399.00 for my aged mother (94) I emailed them to ask for a delivery date and they said read the order. I did, one page says 25 days and the other 8-9 weeks.

I asked for a refund and they said they need to keep $510 of the $1399 as their 30% service fee. Reporting them to ACCC

Do not buy a massage chair from these guys, it’s not what is advertised, it’s not 4d it does not have an SL track it’s just a cheap one you can buy for less from anywhere

Why would anyone buy from this company? Their website does not instill a sense of confidence. They buy email addresses and bombard you with unsolicited emails. There is no ABN, no phone, a fake address. It would appear they are overseas. For anyone getting charged a 30% service fee for receiving a product not as advertised a call to your bank and a chargeback request will resolve that.

Yes. Got a model that we didn’t order. Does not perform all massage techniques listed and when contacting them last year I was told I would receive a video showing how to get these techniques to work. That was 6 months ago. I email constantly only to get an automated message saying they will respond within 6 days and never receive any reply. FURIOUS!!

I paid the $300 deposit and when I asked for a shipping number, location of where it was stored, who they use for delivery etc, I got nothing but excuses. My gut feel of not to send them any more money was correct. I changed my order to some lights and a metal detector totalling under $300. I have had the 'your shipment is on the way, allow 45-55 days' email at least a dozen times. First one was 6 November and I haven't got the products I ordered and paid for in full. They will not provide a phone number to call them and they do not answer very simple, direct questions. I will keep at it.
