Please can you change this design back to the old flip style which was much better?
My pancakes will not cook properly and are Golden brown on the outside but undercooked and dense in the middle!
What kind of pancake mix is best with kambrook kpc120gld?
I don’t think it’s the mixture . I had an old Kambrook flip style pancake maker which was fantastic . It stayed open during cooking. Have replaced with new one and use all the same mixtures as before and they come out exactly as you describe. Golden on outside, dense and chewy inside. It’s a shame companies feel the need to change perfectly good products. The only thing I can suggest is to leave it open , cook one side then flip it manually with a spatula and do other side. Bit of a pain but they come out much softer and fluffier.
