Why is original fillet burger only made with crispy skin now? It's altered the flavour and I won't be purchasing any more.
Is KFC going broke? I just went to kfc to buy a 6 peice box a the regular price of $15.95, but suddenly they will only let you buy 6 individual pieces at a higher price, (unless you complain). Why would KFC risk breaking consumer laws by not selling products at the advertised price. - This is the type of desperate corporate behaviour that companies engage in when they are going broke.
A 45 minute ordeal including 15 minutes at the window watching meal get packed,unpacked,and packed again about 4 times. The utter bumbling ineptitude and conusion was comical. My chips went into the bag 4 times befr staying. Another 5 minutes before I received my order. Pulled ot and over straight away and yep. .cool chips. Most pathetic display I've seen . Just had to record some of it. And to top it off...they were not tenders at all but some kind of really thin strips. The girl ahanded me my order actually stood leaning in the one position orwell over5minutes before handing me my order. Hire better staff. What you have now,Port Pirie, is utterly pathetic.
If the chicken isn’t to your liking, is it alright to return for a refund? I got a 3 piece and two of the three were dry. The skin crumbled in my hands and was quite yuck. I still ate it so as to not waste food but wasn’t enjoyable.

Can you tell me why you offer potato mash and gravy along with french fries. Do you think instead of mash and fries you can replace the mash with coleslaw?
Usually people dip their chips, not fries(thats maccas) into the potato n gravy or eat it with a spoon. You can ask to swap out the pot&gravy for a coleslaw if you wish. Our boxes with pot&gravy are really popular actually

As Sara stated swap it out. I dunk chips into it personally. The coleslaw I always swap out for chips.
Why don't you bring back that beautiful bean salad thst you used to have from yesteryear.......it was so good. Give a but if variety in choices.

Yeah well, we have tried 3 so far, and so have our friends. The Zinger isn't Crispy it looks more like the original except for the spicy taste and the orange coating, it's bloody awful. We have all decided to buy our own chicken and come up with our own secret recipe do the maths.
If you want to change any item in a order you just ask to swap like I generally do. Swap potato for chips or coleslaw for gravy of what ever may be your swap.

Hi Krusty, the chicken tastes like that be it has to marinade in its own juices for 45-60min before it is battered and fried. After that it usually waits for between 15min-6hrs to be purchased. When this occurs it is then re-fried for 15ses to re head and crisp the outside.

KFC managed to "get so good" .........at turning a chicken that was traditionally carved in to 8 pieces (2x drums, 2x thighs, 2x breasts & 2x wings) in to the masterful art of extracting; 2x drums, 2x thighs, 12 x carcass pieces & 2x wings in 2013.
Prior to 2013, KFC extracted 12 pieces from a chicken.
@ $3 per piece, 18 pieces yields KFC $54 per chicken.
