My dcdc charger is flashing all battery id lights and bulk and pulse lights even with the vehicle not running. Have checked blue wire and that is off with engine off and live with engine running. What next?

We did! We took the battery out and fully charged it on an external charger and then reconnected to system and it all worked

Hi I purchased a kickass 40amp dcdc charger to replace my 25amp projector just for a bit more input. Been in for probably 1 month seem to be working OK. Now the mains box is saying 7 to 9 volts ,check main fuse,checked fuse under bonnet all seem fine, the units lights flashing green solar alternator and wet all together . Not sure what's going on..
Use a multimeter, maybe the read out is faulty.

Yes, you can switch it off to save parasitic draw if you like as per manual.
Hi, I was wondering does the 12 volt 40 amp charger after selecting solar priority automatically switch to alternator then back to solar then if cloudy back to alternator, or in other words is the switching sources a constantly automatic process? Thanks in advance

Recently installed a KA battery monitor and shunt, setting it up as per the parameters suggested in the manual. I have it looking after my 120amp/hr AGM. Problem I have it counts down the hours and turns everything off. Despite the fact it’s kept fully charged and currently on a 240v battery charger? What am I doing wrong?

To help track this issue, would you be able to submit the ticket through the KickAss support portal? external link Could you provide a photo of the values used for the configuration and a photo of how loads and chargers are connected to the shunt?

I have brought the and installed the full plug and play AGM system with the MPPT controller , when plugging my solar blanket in the the back where the solar Anderson plug is , I disconnect my regulator so blanket is direct circuit , all lights flash as there is a fault , but when I connect through on of the in and out Anderson plugs with my regulator connecting Is charges and green light indicates all is ok , has any one had the same issue using the Solar through the MPPT controller
I don't think your meant to double MPPT, juts use one not both.
I have a 12 amp charger charging AGM batteries. The stage indicator never gets past the absorption stage. Why is that?

I had the same problem until I used a shorter power lead to charger from powerpoint then of course connecting charger straight to batterybox with anderson plug. 25 minutes latter battery all charged up and charger went through all cycles no problem cheers hope this helps Errol
