Sorry Annette I can’t answer that. I did mine all on line & did the practical at my gym. I can tell you that the education support was sensational! If they couldn’t answer at the time they returned the call not long after. It was like one on one tutoring. Super efficient & easy. It was great to know you could ring & get clarification on anything when you need.

Hi Annette, Thanks so much for your great questions! Please see below answers for you. Q1. How much “in person” tuition do you get with Onfit for Certificate IV? A1. Our courses are delivered online, so there is no face-to-face component. With our online delivery, your course will include written lesson content, interactive diagrams, and video tutorials from our Tutors. With our 10+ years of experience in online delivery, we focus heavily on giving you a comprehensive and quality education.

Q2. Does Onfit assist you to access the gym to provide 40 hours gym attendance training? A2. We certainly can provide assistance with this. In most cases, this is not necessary, as gyms are often very keen to take on students for placement, so most students organise this themselves. It can be a bit more challenging if you live rurally, but regardless, if you are having challenges, we have industry connections we can reach out to.

Q3. Does Onfit have a favoured franchise they use? A3. While we do have franchises we work more closely with, our approach to connecting with gyms is to build a network of quality relationships to gain feedback on industry trends and ensure we’re preparing our students for their careers. We work closely with F45 Training, Snap Fitness and Speedfit. We also have great relationships with Anytime Fitness, Jetts and Goodlife, with a number of graduates going on to achieve employment at these franchises. We’ve also built some excellent relationships with smaller gyms, including many successful graduates who’ve launched their own business.

Q4. Do you have to find random people to do your practical tasks or can you attend Onfit to do the practical tasks? A4. Yes, there are practical tasks that require you to have a friend or family member be your client. We do offer Practical Assessment Sessions in Brisbane, where you can come in to complete these tasks with an Onfit Assessor, at one of our partner gyms. In these cases, we do request that you bring along your friend or family member. If there are circumstances where this isn’t possible, we can look at alternatives for you. We’d recommend discussing this with your Career Advisor, who assists with your enrolment.

Q5. Is the support by phone as well as online PMs? A5. Yes, you can receive support by phone, email or via a Zoom call. Depending on your questions, you can either call through, or email anytime you have a question, or you can book in a specific time. Our support hours are 8am – 7pm on weekdays, and 9am – 5pm over the weekend. Our support is also uncapped, so you don’t have a set limit to the help you can receive .
