Just checked my last order and the 2 packs of beef thin sausages had 7 in them, I think it depends if they are the thick or thin types. I’m sure the lamb sausages we have had before had about the same. They are great snags and solid with meat not filler. Enjoy

Hi Mark, Our sausages are packed in around 500g packs. Normally you should expect to receive 6 or 7 sausage's to a pack. Thank you Lynn and Diana for your response.
Hi guys. I absolutely love the products you send every month. I have been with Our Cow now for a couple of years now. I live in far north Qld. My question is, do you have any Qld farmers that are now a part of your team? I would love to support our Qld farmers.
There's the pork farmers at goondawindi.but I haven't had any others yet but we're only 3 deliverys in.It would be great though. I'm at central Whitsunday.
I can only see one organic product on the website . I think it was the whole chicken. But I couldnt see any organic certification . Is there one?
From their website Are your products organic? “Yes, some of our chicken is certified organic. Our other products are not certified but they are as close to organic as possible without the certification!”
So do any of your farms use weedkiller ?
Do the packages include information about whose or which farms they come from? How can the customer check that the meat is indeed organic grass fed?
They did give information with photos of the farmers for my first order about each farm they came from and I’m sure they can do it as a rule but I don’t know if they always provide that information for every delivery. If you ask for it each time they probably would.

Heya Leonie, thank you for contacting us. Yes, all our products contain the label of the Farm where the products come from. Not all farms go through the organic certification as it can be a costly process and they may need to treat weeds etc. which could possibly require a chemical that is not certified by the organic body. Our other products are free range and grass fed, they are as close to organic as you can get without the certification. Our farmers use little to no chemicals or pesticides and their animals are free from antibiotics and hormones.

Their prices are on their website. I don't think they are expensive, especially when you compare them to good quality butchers. The quality is excellent and if you purchase over $200 delivery if free. I live on my own and order $200 every 6 weeks. (Av $35/wk) Meat comes well packaged with use by dates. Lots of different cuts to choose from
As Janet mentioned its no different to buying at a decent butcher shop, I'm happy to pay for consistency. I pay $400 ish for a month family of 3.
We are very interested in purchasing the classic meat box. However, we would possibly only need to order one every 10 weeks. What is the procedure for this, and how would it effect the free delivery, and the free bacon offer. Thanking you, Richard Silcox
Best to go to the Our Cow website and contact them. There is a chat box to ask questions. When I’ve had queries they’ve answered quite quickly.
Richard, OurCow website has very comprehensive and well written Q&A and are very flexible, so have a look and I'm sure they would be happy to answer a phone call. One of the reasons we signed up was because of their flexibility .... if you dont want a box at the end of our 4 week period, just skip the next one and keep skipping till you are ready.
