These guys seem like rouges. There is obviously all these fake 5 star bot reviews here. Makes me want to steer clear. Seems like they take a bite even if things are changed. Read their T&Cs - seem pretty dodgy.

Hi Matt, I’m no bot… I am a Carer of 3 ASD young adults and a Level IV Low Mobility My Aged Care Parent. My son who is ASD wanted to go see this but requires assistance when in social environments like this. After purchasing his ticket I followed the instructions as per Carer/Companion ticket request and sent Oztix the required evidence with my Vic Gov Carers Card. Within hours the sent the Carer ticket to my sons email as it was the email address used to purchase his ticket with. This is by far the best service I have received from any ticketing organisation when it comes to supporting those that require the security and assistance of having a Carer with them. My 5 star rating is definitely justified by my personal experience.

Why can’t I get a refund on tickets purchased for Christmas lunch at Esplanade hotel at Brighton, as were unable to go due to bereavement in family

I'm sorry this is happening to you at such a difficult time; I experienced terrible customer service and unfair terms from Oztix, too :( I hope they're kinder to you!

No they weren’t kind at all, they refused my refund even though I paid for booking protect, just caused more stress and my husband passed away recently.

I have just been debited $20 by oztix for unknown reason. Sent email no response, tried to ring auto disconnect. Do they have a call centre which works before I ring the banks.
