Hi has anyone received a refund from rail ninja for cancelled tickets?

I didn't after 3 months, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they refunded it. Might be worth a shot

They refunded 50 euro of a 79 euro ticket (which didn’t exist, never received the ticket), they stole stole 29 euro.

No. No refund. They didn’t even bother to advise people on strike. Very rude.
