Hello, our 2007 Deluxe has a leak, it appears to be in the brew unit. The liquid under the trey is coffee, not water. I determine it is leaking before it gets to the door. I can put it in test mode and see the trey filling with water when I push the buttons to send water through the brew unit. I just took the piston out and greased it. I also greased the rails and gaskets. Thank you, Bob

I don't understand what your question is. I recommend if you have a leak, you take it to an authorised Saeco repairer & have it fixed (as we did once). It should probably be serviced every 1-2 yrs anyway. It should be cleaned every night (takes only 2 mins maximum) ... & left sitting on bench to dry. good luck ... Ada

My question is: does anyone know why my brew unit is leaking and is there anything I can do to fix it. Authorized dealer is 1500 miles from where I live so I would have to mail it to the dealer. If the issue is something easy to fix I would like to fix it myself.

Hi Belinda ... There are 4 "coffee" buttons in the top row: Small coffee, Med coffee, large coffee and ground coffee (RHS). If you want to use beans, you must choose either of the 3 buttons on LHS. Unfortunately I am unable to ring. Yes I know about the buttons. It's been working and now suddenly the grinder sounds.but only a short burst of water comes out. No coffee in it. Everything is full

Machine is working in all respects and making great coffee as usual . The issue is the LCD display screen- no illumination. Right words are there but almost impossible to read it. Our old machine clear and bright. Is there some adjustment method?

We have just replaced the Coffee dispenser Tube but The coffee is now leaking from behind the door. Im only getting about 10mls of coffee in the cup. help!

We have a Saeco Incanto de luxe s-class. When we brew a cup of coffee there is a some water under the tray that holds the dredge box. This just started happening. Any help?

I had the same problem... and cleaned inside the two spouts on the front coffee dispenser, and seems to be okay now after about 20 or so coffees being dispensed. It must have got a build up of coffee grains that hardened up over time.

Hello, our Saeco Incanto de luxe s-class is 11 years old, 7485 cups so far. Recently it started dumping the ground beans instead of brewing coffee. The ground beans are very course. I have adjusted the course knob, but this did not help. I pulled the top off, cleaned the grinder and shoot, this did not help. Also cleaned and oiled the brew unit, again no change. Any help or advice would be appreciated?

I just got a Saeco Incanto de luxe s-class at a thrift store. I fixed it's problem ( a jammed brew unit) and it works just great. The only thing I think is off is that a large brew is about half of a coffee cups worth of coffee. How many oz is it supposed to pull in a large???

Thanks for your question! The Saeco Incanto Deluxe is able to adjust the amount of water used in the beverages. Espresso is standard 40 ml (1,35oz) large, with adjustable range of 20 - 230 ml (0,68 - 7,78oz)

Espresso Lungo is standard 80ml (2,7oz) large, with adjustable range of 20 - 230 ml (0,68 - 7,78oz)

Hot water dispensing is 300 ml (10,1oz) with a range of 50 - 450 ml (1,7 - 15,2oz)

Hi there , i have purchased a second hand saeco s-class incanto de luxe. I'm having a problem with the steam(it was working fine a few days ago). It keeps asking to ventilate, and when i try to ventilate its asking to close the steam knob and its repeating the same think asking to ventilate and then to close the steam...Please advice what i should do? When i try to ventilate nothing happens

I just purchased a saeco incanto did setup but will not grind coffee light comes on and it says bean hopper open it is closed this is a new machine been trying 2 days to figure this out

I have the new Seaco incanto deluxe, when using coffee beans its great, but im not too sure how to use pre-groud coffee, do i just fill the circular hole?or do i need to change setting too?

Hi there, thanks for asking and sorry for the late reply. When you brew coffee with pre-ground coffee, use the measuring scoop supplied to put the correct dose in the pre-ground coffee compartment. Do not add too much pre-ground coffee to avoid the coffee grounds drawer from getting clogged.

I have an Saeco Incanto Deluxe machine that has an issue dispensing the coffee into the cup. Instead of coming out in a stream, it drips slowly into the cup. Takes a long time to get a cup of coffee. I have descaled the machine and replaced the water filter and ventilated the machine. It still comes out in drips. This occurs whether using beans or preground coffee.

Hi Sam, It's good that you're reaching out about this. After you've gone through the motions of maintaining your machine we can understand that you're wondering what could cause this. As usually descaling is the root of the issue.

In this case it might be that your brew group needs to greased again. If there's not a whole lot coming out of there, but you can hear the machine is producing a complete cup of coffee, then the brew group might've been stuck at a point, which results in the coffee not being transferred in the cup completely, but partly into the internal drip-tray.

We have just taken delivery of a second hand saeco incanto deluxe.The machine apparently has just had a service & it makes excellent coffee,but it shows no lights at all - not even in the display panel.Is there something we have not turned on?

My steager frother nozzle does not steam anymore. Hot water comes out but it does not build up stream. Is it meant to have 2 red o rings on internal black part?

Hi Marian, Thanks for getting in touch with us. Do we understand correctly that the Pannarello wand is no longer frothing the milk? You can try to clean the wand by removing it from the steam pipe and rinsing it thoroughly under a hot faucet. Reassemble and replace the wand, and then draw some hot water and steam. In addition, please make sure the plastic fins rest on the edge of the outer sleeve.

Hi washing it doesn't help. ...?even new steammer parts don't help I have noticed grounds are very wet. ........and I found a drop from a water outlet behind the brew group I will try and attach photo......... can't but the water thing looks a bit lIke the frother thing end but it has a drip........sincerely marian
