Is Scenic Pools insolvent? Is so, will Scenic honour its outstanding contractual commitments?
Apparently...nothing was done well through our whole process. They have a known reputation according to at least a dozen pool companies across Sydney.
They have damaged our driveway to the tune of $17k. Absolutely disgusting company to deal with
They damaged our driveway also. Took them to NCAT, won the court order for them to pay and now they have gone into administration. Terrible people. Owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to hard working people - yet, Yasmin walked into NCAT wearing her $5,000+ Yves Saint Lauren handbag, and then cries poor. Not a dollar to their name supposedly. But happily using people's deposits to fund a lavish lifestyle.
