Hi,

My hair is thick so im thinking of getting 2 boxes. Can I apply them in one sitting ? If yes then will the developing wait time and washing times change? Thanks

I don't see why not as long as you mix them both at same time, its just a bigger batch. It should be the same time as well. Keep in mind that you may need to do it again. I recommend using extra boxes of the remover , if you have colour build up. The colour remover is more even result. Just have a nice smelling shampoo on hand afterwards. I was really happy with the product, and I used 3 boxes on thin bob cut hair that was black. Then I used 3 boxes of colour stripper afterwards and then dyed it auburn /red to keep it even looking. When I got out of lockdown the hair dresser freshened it up. Neither product did damage. But keep on hand a really good conditioner for the next month.

Thanks so much!! Did you use them one after the other or together? I think I have a lot of colour build up so I’m just preparing what to buy.

ive spent well over $200 for multiple packs because i have really long hair and ive gone from years of black to a deep red. Ive done 4 sessions- 2 consecutive sessions for 2 days in a row. My hair is still soft and not damaged, but honestly, for the amount of money ive spent and hours trying to lift it just to still have it dark, and a rank smell- i would have been better off just bleaching it lol. Don't waste your time or money if you have built up dye.

I bought this product as well but after reading reviews won't use however I have used a hair remover called "colour B4" and it was amazing, my hair felt soft and although the colour wasnt quite back to my natural colour it was a lot lighter :)

Help, help, help I have used this product to remove a build-up of brown on my going grey hair. It took some colour out, but nowhere near what was advertised. But the SMELL, oh my god, it’s just disgusting...help how do I rid my hair of this smell. I have washed my hair three times after using the product. The day after I wore a leave in conditioner on my hair for 48 hours. Washed it four times the next day and still it smells...oh my god can anyone help?

Unfortunately all I've found is to wait it out. Wearing your hear up helps contain it in public, and I've been rinsing with bicarb soda and water which has made a big of a difference too. Do some hot oil treatments and keep washing!

I used this treatment 2 weeks ago (it didnt work) and it has left my hair with a terrible smell. It's not so bad now when my hairs dry but when its wet the smell is bad. Does anyone know what to do to get rid of the smell? It makes me feel nauseous and im seriously considering shaving all my hair off!

I can totally relate and sympathise. It took 4 weeks for the smell to go for me. I just used shampoo that i knew had a really strong pleasant smell to cover it.

It depends on the colour your hair is and how much you dye it I think. It didn't take much of the black out of my hair but I have been dying it black for years do it didn't work well on it. If it's fresh dye it might strip a few layers and take some of the darkness out if that's what you're looking for.

It does make your hair soft and doesn't do any damage.

It doesn't smell anywhere near as bad as people say as well.

Don't touch it, worst thing Ive ever done... didn't work and my hair still smells that bad it gives me headaches I've been vomiting and nauseated everyday.... it's been 4 days now my 4 year won't come near me because if the smell makes him sick and he cries if I go near him.... I don't no how the product is even on the market I've tried almost everything and nothing has got the smell out
